Mia's POV:

I heard a knock on charlottes door and char was no sooner to waking up. "Sweetheart" I gently stroked her hair. Her eyes opened and with a smile she asked what was up. "Someone's at the door" another knock came. Charlotte slowly sat up throwing on one of my hoodies. "You look so cute char" I murmur kissing her forehead. She smirks. "And you'll look cute too if you wear this" she throws a hoodie over my head. I can tell by the scent that she wears it a lot. I smirk watching her retreat. I hear a lot noises. Grunts, moans, shouts. Deciding that char was taking too long I walked downstairs to see her ex husband at the door. He had char pinned against the wall. She was wriggling trying to get free as he forced his lips onto hers. Char was breathing heavily and I knew she couldn't help the moans that came out of her mouth but I felt tears come to my eyes as I stood there in pure shock. I saw chars eyes scan the room landing on me. She'd only just noticed me and looked at me with pleading eyes. Ignoring her I went back upstairs laying down and crying

Hours later char resurfaced into the room. "Mia I'm so sorry he put himself onto me-" I cut char off before she could continue. "But I heard you moan. You clearly wanted it Charlotte or you would've tried harder to get free"

Charlottes POV:

I knew Mia must be really mad at me. She didn't call me sweetheart or even char. She called me my full name. Deciding I needed to break the tension with Mia I picked up by the waist kissing her gently. "Mia please" I whispered into her lips and finally she smiled nodding kissing me again. "Mummy?" I turned around to see my daughter in the doorway. I smiled picking her up. "Mia!" She cried reaching out her hands to touch Mia reaching her hair and giving it a gentle tug. Mia didn't so much as flinch. She even let her do it 4 or 5 times. "I love you char but I'm gonna get going" I heard Mia whisper. I smiled at her nodding not wanting her to go but knowing she had to. "We still on for drinks tonight?" Mia continued getting a nod from me. "Great I'll see you tonight" she responded kissing my cheek, picking up her car keys and leaving with my jumper on. I still had her jumper on me as well. "Love you sweetheart" I heard Mia shout before getting into her car and leaving.
