he carries you to bed (requested)

Jisung quietly closed the door behind him as he walked inside after a long and exhausting day.

It's almost three am and he's just now arriving home so he can get a few hours of sleep before he has to return to practice again in the morning with the boys for the comeback that's quickly coming up.

He's tired but so happy to be home so he can go up to bed and cuddle you, maybe even steal a few kisses from your lips if you're awake.

He planned to head straight up to bed after kicking off his shoes but to his surprise, he heard a few soft sounds coming from the sofa.

He turned the light on and smiled to himself when he saw that you were sound asleep on the couch.

He could tell the soft sounds that came from you had been you shifting around in your sleep since the blanket that you covered up with before drifting off to sleep was barely covering you now.

He quietly walked over to you and placed his hand on your back.

"Y/N? Are you awake?" He whispered but you didn't answer.

All he got in return was the sound of your breathing.

He knew you wouldn't be comfortable sleeping on the sofa, especially not without him by your side and he wanted to curl up in bed after a hard day so sleeping on the couch wasn't an option for him.

He didn't want to disturb your sleep either.

You've had some trouble sleeping the last few nights and he's unsure as to how long you've been asleep for so waking you was the last thing he wanted to do.

So he decided to carry you up to bed.

He put the blanket over the back of the sofa before gently rolling you over and then picking you up.

Every step he took, he took very carefully as he made his way to the staircase and turned off the light.

Jisung couldn't help but smile to himself because all you did the entire way was sleep with your head on his chest.

You didn't wake up for even a split second, it seemed that you were just too content in his arms to wake up from your peaceful sleep.

A moment later, he reached the bedroom and walked over to the bed where he gently laid you down.

He grabbed the blankets and covered you up before kissing your cheek lovingly.

He took a moment to just stare at you and admire you as you slept.

It was so nice to see you getting some rest after a few nights of struggling to get much sleep at all.

"I love you so much." He said and kissed your other cheek softly before going to the bathroom to brush his teeth, wash up, and change into his pajamas.

He climbed under the covers about ten minutes later and after leaning over to kiss your forehead, he closed his eyes and started to fall asleep.

But about a minute later, your eyes slowly opened.

You looked around for a second in confusion because when you had fallen asleep earlier, it hadn't been so dark nor had you been in a bed.

But when you heard your boyfriend's soft breaths coming from beside you and you realized that you were in the safety of your shared bed, you relaxed.

The room was pretty dark but you could see him from the tiny bit of moonlight coming through the curtains.

You can't believe how incredibly lucky you are to call him yours and as tired as he must be, he still is so unbelievably handosme.

Reaching out, you gently placed your hand on his cheek and his heavy eyes opened to look at you.

"You're awake." He whispered.

"Yeah. You carried me up to bed?" You spoke as a smile tugged at your lips.

"You were sound asleep on the sofa. I wanted to cuddle you tonight and I wasn't in the mood to sleep on the couch so I carried you up here. You slept the whole way." He spoke before a tired smile appeared on his face.

"Thank you. I love you and I appreciate you doing that for me."

"Anytime. I love you too." He said before you scooted closer to him and set your head on his shoulder. "Sleep tight. Have sweet dreams."

"You too." You replied. "Goodnight, baby."

"Goodnight, my love," He said and kissed your head before you both fell asleep.
