A bit from both worlds (My Inner Demons oc insert)

Human Girl?

The first thing I notice about E-arth is the brightness, everything is illuminated, warm, sunny. The second is the lack of nature, there were huge buildings taking up most of the land, the few natural pieces confined in a small, orderly patches. 

I realise the boys have gone on without me and I run to catch up. It's dangerous to be alone in new places. 

"MY SKIN IS ON FIRE!" Not yells, clutching his face and falling to his knees.

Leif starts to say something before turning blue in the face.

Pierce and Rhys also double down. I cough and pant, it reminds me of the few human towns on Daemos, the same toxicity, but way worse. 

I move to some shade, leaning against the wall and sitting on the cool ground.

"I-I didn't expect the environment to affect us so much." Rhys says.

Curiously, I try to create a vine from my palm. It works, but I can feel the plant wilting and struggling to survive. The atmosphere must be very different from Daemos, I'll need to find some Earth vines that I can recreate.

"Prince Asch!" I hear Rhys shout.

I whip around, Asch is passed out on the ground, we should probably go help him.

Rhys tries to move. "It's heavy."

Leif grits his teeth. "We need to heal Asch."

"It's hard to move." I mumble, though I manage a bit better than the boys, perks of growing up in the human towns.

I never did grow up in a Daemos environment, might be why my values are a bit different from theirs.

I hear the patter of footsteps as a human girl dressed in pink walks by holding a bag.

Immediately, my mind flashes to my horns, humans tend to not like any Daemos features. Reasonable, but it could be seen as a threat.

Completely by instinct, a flowering vine wraps around my head, hiding my horns and making a beautiful accessory.

It never worked for humans though, always ripping it right off my head.

She turns around slowly. "Hey, are you guys alright?" She asks, looking at us weirdly.

We must make quite an image, five strong men all in varying stages of passing out, and a girl with a flower crown leaning against a wall.

"Crap, it's a human." Rhys hisses.

"It's got us cornered." Noi wails.

"Don't show weakness." Pierce says.

"We're ok." I smile at the girl.

The girl smiles back a bit uneasily, probably confused about the sight we make.

Smile, be polite. It's the best way to meet new people.

"My friend there is passed out, do you have a way to help him?" I ask politely, as though this were a conversation about the weather. 

Oops, maybe I should care a bit more.

I watch the girl's eyes widen as she runs over to Asch. "Oh my god, are you alright?!"

I watch as she kneels down, the boys muttering about how she's going to kill him. There's an isn't a very high chance of that happening, she seems like a good person. My standards might be a bit low though.

"Your friend is not breathing." The girl looks over at us, eyes wide with panic.

"Intimidate it." Pierce growls, he and the other boys get into weak fighting stances.
