Takagi's Mother POV
-----------------------------------------
Ring-Ring
I picked the phone up without looking at the number.
"Is this Mrs. Takagi?" The person on the phone questioned.
I finally looked at the number. It was the hospital.
my heart began beating faster and faster and faster.
"Yes. that's me." I tried to appear calm. They probably didn't believe me.
"This is about your daughter."
It felt like an eternity until the next sentence. Like the day had already passed me by.
"She awoke! She seems to be in good condition. We'll need to perform some tests so she'll be here for a few more hours, maybe a day."
"Thank you so much. I can't wait to see her."
I couldn't hold my tears in, I gripped the phone.
"Don't worry ma'am she'll be out in no time!" the woman on the other line said. I got off the phone.
I couldn't be any happier. Oh! I should call the parents of her friends. Maybe i'll get in trouble with my boss, but honestly I doubt i'll regret this decision.

Takagi's Father POV
------------------------------
RIng-Ring
Shoot! I need to shut my phone off in meetings! I grab my phone. wait. The number is the hospital's number. I look at the rest of the room. "It's from the hospital so I need to take it. Sorry." I told them and then ran out of the room. I answered the call.
"Hello. Is this a Mr. Takagi?" The voice asked.
"Y-yes ma'am it is! Is this about my daughter?" I asked. It was a stupid question but i'm too anxious.
"Yes sir, don't worry! She awoke about a half-hour ago! She shows no signs of very long term harm. Though we will need to run tests on her for a few more hours or maybe another day."
I smiled softly, honestly I think the reason I didn't freak out was cause I'm exhausted. Though my reaction could have never shown how happy I was, It was a euphoric feeling.
"Thank you ma'am." I then hung up. the rest of the day is going to be amazing.

Mano POV
------------------
I was hanging out with Nakai after school, it was a relatively boring day today.
"MANOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!" A voice yelled from a distance. Me and Nakai turned to see Sumire. She was running faster than I'd ever seen before, she was always excited, but this was a new level. I think this might be about Takagi. She was out of breath when she started talking. "Di.... Did you get.. the message?" she asked me.
"What message?" I asked her.
Ding
I looked at the six word message on my phone. From my mother.
"That message." Sumire said also looking at my phone.
Takagi
Woke
Up.
She's
Doing
FIne.
:)
I began crying uncontrollably. Nakai looked at the message and I think he smiled, I can't see because of my watery eyes. He then hugged me tightly. He was silent, I think he knew that he didn't need to help, that the tears were good for me. I felt Sumire hug me from the other side. "We're finally gonna get our Takagi back." She said, voice shaky as if she was trying to hold back tears.
"You can cry too." I told her. She did begin crying. "You too Nakai. You can cry." I told him.
"Sorry, not to be rude, but I don't have any tears." He said with a bit of guilt in his voice. He then sat on the bench. I saw him looking at the sky and smiling. Then one single tear came out of his eye. "Dang, I guess I do have tears for the wrong person. I wonder how happy he is right now." he said.
I smiled and grabbed his and Sumire's hand.
"Let's go and celebrate! Nakai, text Nishikata, they probably have kicked him out of the hospital. He's probably gonna be the most upbeat of us all!" I told them. Both smiled and Nakai texted him.
