Sasha stands with Andrew as Webber tells him, "Okay, Andy, we're ready to begin."
"Oh, wait. Uh, is she...Lola?"
"Uh, she- I couldn't find her. Uh, she went to eat or something," Callie lies.
Andrew shakes his head, "She didn't go to eat. She just didn't want to come, right? Lola likes to hang out with me. Or she did-used to-before I did this. Once, she almost...there, uh, coulda been a kiss, but I...chickened out."
Callie shrugs, "Yeah, well, maybe you don't need to be kissing her."
"No, I do," He chuckles, "I do. I do need to be kissing her. My whole life is about kissing her."
Sasha soothes him a little, "The guys are on their last piece of cement. It's almost done."
"Thank God," He groans, "The hard part's over. Right? The hard part's over?"
Webber completely ruins that idea, "Williams, get a crash cart ready."
Hahn preps needed supplies for the removal, "All right, I've got calcium, D50 and insulin. Ready."
"The hard part is over?" He looks around, lost.
"Okay," They look to Sasha to explain to him, "There is a chance that when the very nice gentlemen take off the final piece of cement there on your abdomen, all the toxins that have been building up underneath the concrete will rush to your heart, and your heart will stop and you'll stop breathing. Hey," She catches his worried expression, "No need to make that face because we will restart your heart, and we will put in a tube that will breathe for you and rush you right to the OR, okay? We are good at what we do."
"Just, if you see the warm, welcoming light," Bailey adds, "Do not go into it."
"Let's go," Mark gets the fireman's attention.
"Okay, we're gonna do this on three," Webber counts, "One."
Mark reminds them, "All right, watch the leads."
"Two....three."
They lift the final piece as Andrew begins to struggle to breathe, "There he goes"
"Clear his airway," Mark says as the monitor beeps behind them, "All right."
"It's in."
They carefully move him to the stretcher before Callie looks to Sasha, "Push the lidocaine, vec and versed."
Bailey adds, "Got the intubation."
Webber gives them the all clear, "Go."

Before they can get to the OR, Izzie stops Sasha, "Sasha, I need you to-"
"Izzie, I have a patient that needs me, he's literally struggling to breathe and I don't like you and-"
"It's Alex."
Sasha stops before nodding, "Webber, I'm out. I have something that needs my attention."
"Go, we've got enough hands. Can we keep a couple of your interns?" Webber asks.
"Keep all of them. It's a personal matter," Sasha turns to her interns, "Be useful but not in the way. Don't make moves to operate without direct supervision and guidance. If you notice something, point it out to an attending. Dr. Sloan," She gets Marks attention, "Will hear and take seriously, everything you all bring to his attention. Right, Dr. Sloan?"
He sighs, "Yeah, I guess."
Sasha turns back to Izzie, "Catch me up."
