Sasha smiles at her baby daddy, "Hi Mark."

"What did you do?" Mark asks, not looking up from his charts as Meghan Doss stands awkwardly beside him.

"Why do you think I did something?"

"You're using that tone for when you want me to agree to something and not get upset," Mark comments, closing the chart, "Now, what did you do?"

Sasha rolls her eyes, "Dr. Doss, excuse us," The intern quickly runs away, "I agreed to move back in with Meredith and Derek."

Mark shrugs, "That's great! What was the tone for?"

She bites her lip as she thinks through what to say, "I want the twins to live there as well. Most of the time, but you'll have a key and can come over whenever you want and the twins can stay with you sometimes too! I don't want you to think I'm taking the twins from you but I am moving out and would like to take the twins with...me?"

Standing in silence with his arms crossed, Mark narrows his eyes as he contemplates, "I'd have a key? Free access to see my kids whenever I want?"

"Yes, yes, of course. And you'd continue to have say in every part of their lives, with me. Neither Derek or Meredith would takeover raising them. Obviously, I'd want them to be apart of the twins lives but you are their father. I know it will take a while to find the best balance but I want to. If you don't feel comfortable yet, we can find a different path or-"

Mark breaks off Sasha's rambling with a chuckle, "All I want is to know that my kids will still have me in their lives. That I can still be as involved a dad as I currently am. Besides, with you and the twins not fully living with me, I can bring home-"

"If you say anything about nurses or other women being brought into the home where our children are currently living, I will cut you," Sasha threatens, holding a pen up, "Until we are settled into Meredith's we stay with the current way things are. For all of our sakes."

As she walks away, Mark shouts after her, "Just saying! It will a bachelor pad!"

Walking into Cristina's room, Sasha laughs at her sister, "How'd this happen? Yelling at interns?"

"No, yelling at your girlfriend. Who won't take my x-ray!" Cristina shouts out the door.

Looking to her sister's interns, who are taking Cristina's picture on their phones, Sasha takes all the phones and throws them on to the table, "What are you three doing? Patient hospitality applies to everyone. Even the inhospitable ones," She smirks at her sister.

"You're a bitch."

Sasha chuckles, repositioning the x-ray machine so it's pointed at the icicle, "Okay, uh, Dr. Mandvi, take Dr. Yang's films and then come find me when you think you have a diagnosis and a plan."

Cristina calls out, slightly sitting up, "Wait! You're just gonna let them make decisions about my health? They don't know the aortic valve from the inferior vena cava."

"Well, nows a great time to teach them. Seeing as this is a teaching hospital and you are one of their teachers."

Tilting her head in confusion, Sasha sees Meredith patching up Derek's hand, "What? You punch someone again?"

"Funny," Derek smiles, leaning up for a kiss from Sasha, "Wanna hear what actually happened? It's a good story. Ah!" He groans as Meredith pats the cut with a cloth.

"I am not sure moving all in together is a good idea," Meredith says.

Sasha and Derek share a look, "Okay, fine."
