It was Sunday, and their suitcases stood ready by the door, packed and prepared for their trip.
She had called Luka earlier, hoping he could come over. Thankfully, Adrien had agreed that he can come over.
They were in the living room. Emma sat between her father and Marinette, clutching her favorite stuffed toy.

Not long, they heard the sound of the doorbell. Adrien stood up, checking through the camera before opening the gate to let Luka in.
Luka, made his way to the fountain in the garden, waiting for Marinette
Marinette: I'll be back
She reassured Emma, her eyes full of love. Emma's eyes were wide with worry.
Emma: Mari, you will really come back to me?
Marinette: of course, sweetie
She said, kneeling down to Emma's level
Marinette: I just need to tell him that I'm not going with him today because we are all three traveling, okay my love?
Emma: pawmise?
Emma asked, holding out her tiny pinky making the bluenette giggle

She replied, intertwining her pinky with Emma's in their special way.
Marinette kissed Emma's forehead before standing up and heading out to the garden.
Luka stood by the fountain, his back to her as she approached. The moment he turned and saw her, he closed the distance between them, capturing her lips in a deep, passionate kiss.
For the first time since she moved to leave in the Agreste's mansion, she don't really like Luka's kiss, but all her thoughts went to a certain blond man.
Meanwhile, Adrien and Emma watched the scene from inside the house. Emma grabbed her father's hand dragging him away

She said, pulling him towards the balcony of his room. They stepped outside, just to watch what's going to happen between them
Back at the fountain, Marinette pulled away from the kiss as she felt a little bit uncomfortable
Marinette: Luka, I can't go with you today, we are traveling
Luka: travel? Where?
Marinette: little Emma want to visit India, and me too to be honest. Adrien was kind to take us there and spend some days
