Emma's Nanny

The Teacher

None POV:

It has been two weeks since Emma is going to preschool and she is getting along with her new friends and her life there

It was morning when Marinette tiptoed into Emma's bedroom. The soft glow of the sun was casting a warm light over Emma's sleeping form. Her tiny face was snuggled deep into her pillow, one little arm wrapped around her favorite stuffed bunny.

Marinette knelt down, gently brushing a few blonde curls away from Emma's forehead and whispered "Good morning, my little bug. It's time to wake up"

Emma blinked her eyes open, her little face lighting up as she spotted Marinette "Mama." she squealed, reaching out with both arms

"Slept well baby bug?" the bluenette asked as she poked Emma's nose making the toddler nod and yawn in the same time "ok then time to get you ready baby bug" Marinette said with a smile

"Ok, I can't wait to go to school and play with my friends" the toddler beamed as she stands on her bed

Marinette giggled as she scooped Emma up, showering her with soft kisses as Emma giggled and squirmed happily.

After a warm bath filled with bubbles, laughter, and Emma's endless chatter about her friends from school, Marinette wrapped her in a towel and carried her to her bedroom where she dressed her after that it was Marinette's turn to get a fast shower and change then they both went downstairs.

They found Adrien waiting in the kitchen, already sitting on one of the stools at the island

"Good morning, my two favorite girls" Adrien said with a smile, reaching out to pull Marinette in for a sweet, lingering kiss on her lips. Just as he pulled away, Emma stretched out her arms with a giggle "Me too. Kisses for me too"

Adrien laughed and leaned over to plant a big, playful kiss on Emma's cheek, making her laugh even harder "And one more for Mama" he added, turning back to give Marinette another soft kiss but this time on her cheek.

Marinette moved to the stove, to prepare some pancakes. Emma chattered away excitedly as she sat on the stool beside her father, her little legs swinging back and forth "Mama, today we are making a castle with blocks. And Leo said he is bringing a dragon. I told him I would bring my princess doll, the one with the sparkly dress that papa bought for me from Germany"

Marinette listened with a warm smile, placing a plate with pancakes in front of Emma and another in front of Adrien. She brushed a gentle hand over Emma's curls as she took her first bites "That sounds like so much fun, little bug. And you are going to be the prettiest princess in that castle, I just know it"

Adrien watched them both with a soft, loving gaze. "And you, my princess and queen" he said, reaching for Marinette's hand and kissing it. Marinette leaned in, letting their lips meet again, soft and slow, making Emma giggle as she watched her father and her nanny kissing.

After breakfast, Marinette took Emma upstairs to brush her hair. Emma sat on a little stool in front of the mirror, chattering away while Marinette carefully combed her curls. Adrien stood in the doorway, arms crossed, watching them with an adoring smile.

"I want two pigtails today, Mama" Emma said, her little hands holding onto her favorite ribbons. Marinette smiled and did Emma's hair, tying each pigtail with a bright ribbon. Emma turned to Adrien with a proud smile, touching her pigtails"Look, papa."

"You look so beautiful, baby bug" Adrien said, coming over to give her a kiss on her head "And so grown up"

Once everyone was ready, they climbed into the car, Adrien holding one of Emma's hands and Marinette holding the other.
