We used to talk about forever, Sergio. We used to talk about having children. We even talked about grandchildren once, I remember.

We always talked as if 'ending' wasn't an option. There were no extra paths besides the one that led us deeper in love.

But there was a sudden extra path, anyway.

When people ask me if I have a boyfriend, it breaks my heart. I want to say,

"Yes, his name's Sergio Agüero."

But I can't. I still want to be with you, I want to get home from work expecting calls from you.
