Jisoo's P. O. V.

I stood outside the venue, relishing the cool night air and the momentary solitude. I took a deep breath, my breath visible in the chill air.

The party was in full swing inside, the music and laughter an endless cacophony that I couldn't stand anymore.

I leaned against the wall, sighing heavily. It was all too much, the people, the noise, the energy. I just needed a break.

I closed my eyes, trying to clear my mind and focus on just my own thoughts. But it was hard to do so with the constant noise of the party reaching my ears.

I opened my eyes and looked up at the night sky, the stars twinkling above me. It was a beautiful sight, one that made me feel a bit calmer.

I was jolted out of my thoughts by the sound of car wheels on gravel. I turned my head to look, wondering who was arriving at the party so late.

Through the gate, I saw a fleet of black sedans pulling up, their headlights cutting through the darkness.

I watched, curious, as several men got out of the cars. My eyes widened in surprise as I realized who they were - BTS.

I watched as those men stepped out of their cars, their figures silhouetted against the brightly lit venue.

The anger and resentment that flared within me whenever I saw them was impossible to ignore.

They represented everything I despised - their arrogance, their carefree attitude, their apparent disregard for others.

I clenched my fists, my jaw tightening as I watched them walk towards the entrance of the venue.

They had money, power, and a network of connections that made them virtually untouchable.

Any confrontation between us would only end in disaster, and I knew that all too well. Despite the anger and hatred I felt towards them, I had to hold myself back.

I took a deep breath and held my tongue. After all, I knew that letting my anger get the best of me wouldn't help anything.

I continued to watch as they disappeared into the building, my jaw still tight and my fists still clenched.

I took another deep breath and relaxed my clenched fists slightly. For a brief moment, I considered going back inside, but the thought of dealing with their presence again was too much.

Instead, I stayed outside, leaning against the wall and staring up at the stars. I needed a few more moments to collect myself and calm down before facing the party and whatever.

I closed my eyes again, feeling the cool night air against my skin. My thoughts were still spinning, my mind filled with images of BTS and the memories they brought back.

It was hard to stay calm when they were around, their presence just seemed to stir up so many negative emotions in me. I took another deep breath and counted to ten, trying to center myself once more.

After a few minutes I pushed myself off the wall, steeling myself. With a final look up at the stars, I made my way back towards the venue.

As I stepped back inside, the noise and energy of the party hit me like a wave. Everywhere I looked, people were chatting and laughing, the music and chatter blending together into a cacophony of sound.

I scanned the room, my eyes searching for the Pinks. They might be somewhere in the crowd, but it was hard to spot them among all the people.

I pushed my way through the press of bodies, apologizing to those I bumped into. The heat and noise were starting to make me feel claustrophobic. Ugh.

I finally spotted the corner where Jennie, Lisa, and Rosé were standing together. They all looked up as they spotted me.

"You're back," Lisa said, grinning. "We were starting to wonder if you had ditched us and gone home." She said placing a hand on her hip.

I rolled my eyes jokingly, "As if I would ditch you all and leave you to deal with this insanity alone."

Jennie gave me a little chuckle,  "We figured you just needed a break from the madness."

Rosé nodded, her expression concerned. "You were gone for a while. Are you alright?"

I nodded, my expression turning serious. "Yeah, I'm fine," I said, trying to dismiss their worry.

"It's just..." I paused, feeling my irritation suddenly rising. "Those boys... Seeing them just brought back a lot of unpleasant memories."

Jennie placed a hand on my shoulder, giving me a comforting squeeze. "Try not to let them ruin our night hm?" she said quietly.

I nodded, trying to push the anger away. "I'm trying," I said, though my voice was still irritated.

Lisa rolled her eyes at the mention of BTS. "Those idiots always seem to show up at the worst times," she muttered, crossing her arms.

Rosé let out a small scoff, her expression turning cold. "I swear, it's like they're intentionally trying to ruin our night."

Lisa nodded, her expression grim. "If it were up to me, we'd never have to see them again."

"Well, unfortunately, we're stuck here with them tonight," I said with a resigned sigh.

Rosé huffed in agreement, her expression still frosty. "We can at least try to ignore them," she said as she looked around the room.

Lisa nodded, her eyes fixed on the crowd of people. "Or we could just glare at them from afar," she suggested with a smirk.

Jennie voiced out as she spotted someone in the crowd, her eyes narrowing. "Speaking of..." she said, her voice cool. "There's someone we should avoid."

I and the others followed Jennie's gaze, our eyes locking onto a very familiar figure across the room- Alice.

Lisa raised her eyebrows, a scowl forming on her face. "She's here?" she muttered, her tone dripping with disdain.

Jennie nodded, while shrugging. "Unfortunately, yes," she said, her gaze still fixed on Alice. "We should steer clear of her if we can help it."

I frowned, feeling my irritation returning. "What is she even doing here?" I muttered, my annoyance growing.

"Probably trying to show off," Rosé said with a scoff. "She loves being the center of attention."
