"Somethings off" Spencer said as he walked back into the conference room. Hotch turned his head towards the tall brunette, eyebrows furrowed. "What do you mean reid?" He asked.

Spencer shook his head as he look at the whiteboard, the information they had constructed all written down, a few photos of victims hung up. The few in the room, Gideon, Morgan, greenaway, hotch all looked at him in confusion as his eyes ran over the board, and then the notes in his hand.

"Are we sure its the same unsub?" He asked.

"Do you think its not?" Derek asked, leaning over the boys shoulder to read the notes he had written down, trying to figure out what exactly was making him think otherwise.

Spencer shook his head, "I don't know." He said honestly, although he partly hated how it sounded rolling off his tongue. "He didn't chase her when she got out, he didn't follow her, she doesn't even think he left the house." Spencer said.

Gideon's eyes widened slightly, "In all the other cases he would go to extreme lengths to make sure they were dead." Gideon finished for him, Spencer nodded.

"It could be completely unrelated despite the victimolgy being the same." Spencer said. "I think we are ready to put a profile together"

Serenity let the nurse wrap the badage around her ribs, the lady's touch was soft and gentle with every movement she made, providing the brunette girl with a series of comfort.

"You were walking around will all of this?" The nurse asked, Serenity knew her name as Ashley, she was a sweet older Women.

Serenity nodded her head, avoiding her brother's eyes who was sitting on the seat beside her as she felt the embarrassment began to creep into her body. "It really isn't as bad as it looks."

Before the nurse could reply, she slowly patted the brunette back softly, signalling she was all finished. "I encourage you rest." She urged softly, before Hotch and Reid walked into the room.

The nurse excused herself as Serenity pulled her shirt down from where it was pulled up, just below her bra.

"Serenity" Reid addressed her, a soft— almost smile on his face as he looked at the girl who tugged his jacket back on over her shoulders.

She had her own clothes now she could've changed into — but there was something comforting about the scent and warmth of Reid's jacket, of course she would give it back at some point, but for right now it was providing the comfort she craved.

A smile adorned her features as she realised he was now addressing her by her first name, like she had asked — although it had taken a few tries.

"Agent Reid." She addressed back, he tsked his lips softly, shaking his head. "You can call me Spencer, we think we will be working together for a while" He said.

Serenity missed the raise eyebrow look sent in Spencers direction by Hotch, who was slightly shocked at the boys words — although he wasn't wrong about them probably working together, Spencer Reid was not just the type of guy to tell Victim's to call him by his first name — Derek maybe — Spencer never.

"Have you found the dickhead yet?" Henry asked, standing up behind his younger sister. He was around the same height as Spencer, which meant he towered over Serenity.

"No, but we have constructed the profile." Hotch said, looking between the two siblings.

"We want Serenity to look over it, make sure it's accurate" Spencer explained. Serenity was quick to nod her head in agreement to their request, while Henry stood behind her not so sure.

"Are you sure it's a good idea to recall details to her about the dickhead who did this? Im sure she would know better than anyone." Henry defended.

Serenity frowned, turning to roll her eyes as she looked up at Henry, "Its Fine." She said, crossing her arms over her chest, feeling the thickness of her bandages under the layers of her clothes.

"We know your sister knows better than anyone, which is why we want to ask her, to make sure our profile is as accurate as her memory" Hotch explained.

"I don't know how good my memory is" Serenity muttered under her breath, not sure anyone would hear, but she saw a soft smile on Spencer's face, causing her to smile back.

Henry eventually stood down, letting his sister walk off into the room with the two of the men.

Serenity looked up as Reid, Hotch walking in front of them. "So, Makin' me do your job now?" Serenity teased slightly.

Spencer turned his head, first oblivious to her teasing tone before he saw the smile on her face, the way her eyes slightly squinted.

"Yeah, You might have to take over soon" He played along. Only making the smile on the girls face widened as Hotch held the door open for her.

Sitting through them explaining the profile was easy — as easy as it could be listening to people list details about your trauma as accurate as possible.

"White male, between 30-40, dark hair-" The list went on, every detail from his personality, reasoning, character, physical attributes. Everything, they got everything.

A soft frown covered her lips as she listened, "Over six- Is- Is something wrong?" Spencer asked, noticing the look on the girls face.

Serenity held the eye contact between them before shaking her head. "No- No." She said, looking down at her hands.

"If it's too much-" Derek Morgan started.

Serenity only shook her head further, "No- Its fine.. It's just so.. Accurate"  She muttered, chewing at the plush of her bottom lip.

"Thats a good thing honey." Elle reminded her, Serenity nodded. — she knew that. That technically it was.

But it made her feel something uncomfortable in her stomach. "Is it the same guy? Is the profile the same as the guy responsible for the other 10 girls?" She asked, furrowing her eyebrows.

"We didn't think it would be, but is" Gideon said.
