3 Days Later.

"Alessia." My mom says while crying looking at my sister.

She's up but she won't speak to anyone besides Sahara. She won't even speak to Ace. I understand her situation but I don't understand why she won't speak to us. She's just lying in the hospital.

"Just talk to us." I say with a sigh.

She says nothing.

I give up and walk out of the room and I bump into Sahara who is on her way in.

"Why are you here?" I ask her angrily.

"You're not stupid. Figure it out." She says with an attitude and pushes me out of her way. Walking into the room.

Not even a minute later my mom comes out.

"I don't get it Roman. Why won't she talk to me?" She says sadly.

"I guess we have to give her time." I say with a sigh.

"Son, I'm so tired of all these secrets. Just ask Sahara what's going on." She says with a sigh.

"Why would I ask her? She's closer to you." I say to her in a confused tone.

"I'm not stupid, you came in the hospital the night of the attack smelling like vanilla and then 20 minutes later Sahara shows up smelling the exact same." She says and now she's smirking.

Fuck!

"Ma, it's not like that." I say to her.

"I seen you get jealous when she hugged Ace. Look just talk to her okay." My mom says and gets me a side hug and she walks away.

Won't hurt to ask. I doubt she'll tell me. I blamed her for my sister getting shot, and I've been an asshole to her this whole time.

I walk out of the hospital and make my way to my home.

The guys are there and trying to figure out who shot Alessia.

We didn't do an investigation because Alessia won't talk to anyone and there's no use.

I get into my house and Chimp is leading the meeting.

"For all we know it could've been that bitches cousins." Julio says angrily.

Definitely talking about Sahara.

"I don't think so. They wouldn't attack and outsider in fear of us attacking the girl." Chimp says.

"Probably someone from the Spanish gang." I say adding on.

"When do we fucking attack?!" Tony says chiming in.

"Not now. They are hiding and we have to wait for another move from them." I say

"And where the fuck is Ace?" Julio says

"Who fucking knows." I say. I haven't seen him since the night at the hospital.
