Neither of them wanted to be caught spying on their Alpha's date, although it was Paul's idea for them to 'blend in,' more so he whispered it when they heard Sam's car doors shut.
That was seconds before the two got into position, then proceeded to wait and awkwardly teeter around in whatever task they chose.
"Nothing." Embry attempted to shrug his shoulders as he swiftly sat down the feather duster, his eyes solely on his pack leader.
Although he could feel everyone else's eyes on him, Paul included as the two of them made their way over toward Sam.
Everyone other than him waited to see whether the imprinting system would claim another victim and add him to Catherine's long list of eternal admirers.
And as Embry's eyes lowered from Sam's amused eye roll and onto Catherine's squinted eyes, the teen was barely able to keep in her amusement from the previous scene. Catherine completely missing the world snapping into place for the familiar yet recently hidden away member of the wolf pack.
Who quickly developed a bashful smile on his face as he was taken through the motions of the imprinter's visions.
However, even without his verbal confirmation, Paul and Sam could tell just by the look in his eyes that the teen had done the very same thing they had.
