By now a whole week had passed and after the last few months Peter had finally finished his trailer which was located by the river. He also got a job at a local car shop where he helped fixed cars and also sold second hand cars. Him and Roman hadn't spoken a great lot since he asked Roman for money. They sent a-few messages to each other but that was about it really.

One Sunday afternoon Peter surprisingly knocked on Romans door. "What are you doing here?" Roman asked as he opened the door and Peter held out a brown envelope. "What's this?" Roman asked with frustration. Peter swallowed as Roman took the envelope from Peter's hands. Romans look then changed. "It's half of the money I owe you for helping me out with the trailer." Peter explained as Roman invited Peter inside. "Thanks I appreciate it." Roman said as he switched on the kettle. "You having a brew?" Roman asked looking at Peter as he nodded. "How's things?" Peter asked Roman with curiosity. "Better. I have a girlfriend now and both Nadia and Shelly are doing well. They're down town hitting the shops." Roman said as the kettle finished boiling as Roman poured in the hot water into a cup with a tea bag and added in some milk and stirred in a tea spoon of sugar and placed it in front of Peter as he then made his own drink. "How's things at The White Tower?" Peter asked sipping his tea. "Up and down I've lost a lot of staff lately but gained new staff that are actually reliable and show me respect." Roman said with a smile. "What about you? What are you doing now to be able to give me this amount of money." I work at a car garage. Repairing cars and selling second hand cars and every car I sell I get bonuses I sold a few this month." Peter said as Roman looked at him with a smile. "Proud of you. I'd always knew you'd turn your life around." Roman said as the front door opened and Nadia and Shelly wandered inside. "What is he doing here?" Nadia asked with annoyance. Nadia was clearly still upset with Peter. "Nadia. A word upstairs." Roman asked as Nadia stood in the kitchen not doing what she was asked. "Now!" Roman shouted angrily at his daughter.

Nadia sat on her bed with her father looking at her with annoyance as he closed the door. "What the hell has gotten in to you?" Roman asked folding his arms. "Peter upset you! How can you let him back in here when he left when you needed him and asks you for money." Nadia replied as her father sat next to her on the bed. "I know. But time is a good healer and he's just given me half of the money back." Roman replied as Nadia looked at him. "I just don't want to see you upset again dad " Nadia admitted as Roman smiled. "I get your looking out for me but Peter is the only friend I have." Roman explained as Nadia nodded. "Okay. I'm sorry dad. How's Hollie?" Nadia asked also changing the subject. "She's gone to work. But she's coming back later on." Roman announced as Nadia smiled. "You really do like her don't you?" Nadia asked as Roman smiled and stroked her cheek. "I love her so much I get a different vibe from her compared to Carly " Roman admitted as Nadia smiled nervously. "She landed ok. She's making new friends." Nadia explained as Roman sighed not really caring or wanting to have this conversation. "That's nice" Roman said sarcastically as himself and Nadia walked back downstairs to Peter. "Sorry Peter" Nadia said with a smile. "I understand " Peter responded with a smile.

Roman walked over to the kitchen counter and went to the coffee machine and placed a pod inside and pushed the button. " I should go" Peter said looking at Roman with stressful eyes. "Alright I'll see you tomorrow" Roman said as the liquid dispensed into the cup underneath the nozzle and then Roman opened a kitchen drawer and took out a teaspoon and stirred in the sugar as Peter walked out of the door. "You maybe be okay with him but I'm not " Nadia admitted as she wandered over to the fridge a took out a bottle of blood. "Oh my god Nadia just drop it." Roman snapped looking at his daughter as he sipped his coffee. "Prim is dead because of him" Nadia said as Roman rolled his eyes. "We have been through this before. He couldn't control himself. He had no idea what he was doing." Roman said looking at his daughter. "I know you're grieving still. I know how I feel" Roman said as Nadia looked at her father. "We will find out who killed Kim" Nadia said as she sat at the kitchen table. "How?" Roman asked looking at his daughter with curiosity. "Sure we will figure something out. Maybe we could ask Prims father he's a cop remember pretty sure he could access cctv footage around our Road." Nadia suggested as her father placed a kiss on her forehead. "You're such a smart girl." Roman complemented with a smile. "I'm going to arrange an appointment and go and see him." Roman explained as Nadia smiled. "Can I come with you? I mean I having seen Prims father for ages." Nadia asked as her father smiled. "I suppose so" Roman explained as Nadia walked over to the couch to sit and watch some television. "I'm going to pick Hollie up" Roman announced placing his phone back into his pocket as he wandered towards the front door. "Well Order a pizza tonight or something" Roman said putting on his shoes as Nadia nodded he walked out of the door with his car keys and got into his car.

Nadia sat flicking through the channels with the tv remote, struggling to decide what to watch. She put down the controller after switching on the radio channel and started looking through her phone. She discovered some old pictures of her and Prim. She sat with tears leaking from her face as she awaited for her father to arrive home.
