The mystery still lingered around. Every single day Roman thought to himself who would kill Kim such a sweet loving soul and he was extremely concerned for Hollies safety as he feared she'd have the same fate.

Roman sat in his office at work looking through some old finding from Kim and some files from Carly. Nadia knocked on his office door and entered with a coffee. "Whatcha doing dad ?" Nadia asked with curiosity. " Kim before she died said she was on to something and then it's weird how she dies in a matter of days after." Roman explained as Nadia joined her father at the desk. "You think someone, here in The White Tower, is responsible for her death?" Nadia asked as Roman nodded. "Carly?" Nadia suggested as Roman gasped with annoyance even tho he was still angry that Carly left. "Don't accuse her. She'd never hurt anyone." Roman defended as Nadia folded her arms. "I just find it suspicious. That she's suddenly decided to leave after you returned here." Nadia said as Roman actually thought for a moment about the truth in what Nadia was saying. "You really think she'd kill her?" Roman asked with a tearful look. "She was nasty to me and she seemed jealous of you and Kim." Nadia said as Roman sighed with realisation that Nadia was being smart and actually on to something. "I think Kim found something that Carly didn't want disclosing and took that as another reason to silence her." Nadia said as Roman picked up the phone in his office. "What are you doing?" Nadia asked as Roman dialled in a phone number. It was the number for the new place the Carly apparently was working. "I'm calling up Carly's work to find out if she's around for a chat" Roman explained to Nadia as she nodded. "Hello it's Mr Godfrey.... I'm calling because I'm wondering if I could speak to someone." Roman asked as the person on the phone was confused. "Who is it you're wanting to speak to?" The person asked. "Carly. She started at your facility about a month ago." Roman said as the person on the phone was puzzled. "We haven't taken on any new staff and there's no one here by the name of Carly here." The. Person on the phone said as Roman signed with annoyance. "Oh.. well thank you for your time. Goodbye." Roman said hanging up the phone and looking at his daughter with a proud smile. "What did they say?" Nadia asked as Roman sighed reaching for Nadia's hand. "You were right!" Roman said as he stood up and looked at his daughter. "That fucking lying little bitch!" Roman yelled in a flood of anger throwing a photograph that sat on his desk of himself and Carly that hadn't moved from his desk for a period of time. "Dad! Calm down! Breathe... it's okay" Nadia said comforting her father as she led him to the couch and got him a glass of water and swept up the broken glass. "Why would Carly betray me?" Roman asked as Nadia sighed. "We will get to the bottom of this. First we need to find out where she really is and what she is hiding." Nadia said as her father hugged her. He hopped deep down that his daughter was wrong about Carly being responsible for Kim's death. But logic in the previous events seemed very out of the ordinary especially for Carly.

Little did they know Carly wasn't all that far away at all. She was staying at a nearby hostel which was a cream small building with a brown titled roof which was situated at the edge of town. It also had some garden space filled with some crops including fruit and vegetables. In which the owner would sell a percentage of them at a local market within the next town. The land was a quieter part of the town. The part of land that The Godfrey industries were wanting to invest to expand the facility. Carly was unaware of this as Roman kept the information confidential. The owner of the hostel was not fond of giving up his hostel and land filed with some crops to the industries.

Carly was earning her room by assisting the owner in duties as he agreed to let her stay for free as long as she helped around including tending to the crops. "That's all the strawberries picked today" Carly said putting a basket full of strawberries on the the counter Infront of the owner which was an older guy with grey fine hair along with round glasses and he stunk of cigarettes and had a pipe in his mouth while he examined the findings that Carly had picked. "Very good." He said taking a puff out of his pipe. Carly sat on a bar stool in silence as she twiddled her fingers. "Something, troubling you? I should call someone? The people who care and love you are probably worried about you" the guy said as Carly sighed. "I lied to them. my plan to escape failed" Carly sighed as she stood up and walked up to her room not realising the had dropped her Godfrey identity card which was for some reason still sitting in her jacket pocket. The guy was about to call after her when he saw the industries logo. "Ugh a spy" he said to himself as he sat in his armchair and placed his pipe down on a little round table.

Back at the industries Nadia was asleep on the couch and Roman was at his desk working overtime, as he had a lot of important files to get through when his phone strangely rang. "Mr Godfrey, speaking? How many I assist you?" Roman asked with professionalism. "Don't give me that! It's the owner of the hostel you want me to give up." the guy said as Roman chuckled awkwardly as he was confused to why the guy was calling so late. "Look right now! I'm not interested in your poxy little hostel." Roman said as Nadia mumbled in her sleep. "If that's the case why send a spy?" the guy questioned as Roman was suddenly indevoured to know who he was talking about?" A Girl. She came awhile ago claiming she needed somewhere to stay. " the guy said as Roman sighed. "Name" Roman asked. "I'm not suppose to disclosure it. I gave her my word." the guy defended. "Tell me now or I'll send a bulldozer, tomorrow morning to knock down your building." Roman threatened as the guy took a breath. "Her name is Carly." the guy said as Roman slammed his laptop shut with annoyance as Nadia sat up. "I'll be over tomorrow" Roman said hanging up his device. "Dad.... What's the matter?" Nadia asked sitting on the couch. "I'll rather not discuss it. I'm so angry right now...." Roman said standing up as Nadia sighed. "Look I'll talk to you about it tomorrow... right now I just want to get home and if this conversation continues now I'll probably end up snapping at you." Roman admitted as Nadia stood up and put on her jacket which was lay on the back of the sofa. "Come on let's go home. " Roman said opening his office door and then locking it behind him. They made their way to the car.

The journey back was silent. Roman did not once speak, neither did Nadia she just gazed out of the window. Nadia turned and switched on the radio but soon Roman turned it back off. "I need silence.... I'm thinking" Roman said and Nadia rolled her eyes and then focused her eyes on looking out the window. It was getting dark and she could see the street lamps shine on the ground like a pot of gold you'd find at the end of a Rainbow, if you were lucky. Nadia and her father really wasn't having much luck. "Can we have the radio on now? Nadia asked a few yards along the road. "Not tonight" Roman said softly but harshly.  The rest of the journey was silent.
