In the halls of campus, Y/N couldn't help but feel her gaze drawn to Sungho. He was a standout in her history class, his intelligence & good looks making him the subject of many hushed conversations among their classmates.
Y/N was shameless about her pursuits. She seized every opportunity to interact with Sungho, whether it was offering him a pencil during a lecture, or casually giving him snacks when she saw him hang out with her friends. Each encounter was thought out, Y/N using flirtatious ways to draw Sungho deeper into her orbit.
It wasn't long before people on campus seemed to recognize Y/N's unspoken claim on Sungho. She had marked him as her territory, & anyone with eyes could see the unmistakable connection brewing between them.
Their mutual friends, Leehan, Taesan, Jaehyun, Woonhak, & Riwoo, were all too aware of Y/N's not so secret attraction towards Sungho. They got a kick out of teasing her about it.
"When are you going to stop pestering him & properly talk to him?" Leehan would push, a teasing glint in his eye.
Y/N would simply scoff & roll her eyes, but deep down, she knew her friends had a point. She & Sungho had yet to exchange more than a few sentences at a time.
Little did Y/N know that her friends had made a plan to change that. It started with a seemingly innocent suggestion to study together at the library. Y/N readily agreed, always up for an opportunity to spend time with her friends.
What she didn't know, was that they had also extended the invitation to Sungho, setting the stage for a not so coincidental encounter.

When Y/N arrived at the library, she was thrilled to find Sungho already there, his brow furrowed in concentration as he looked over a thick textbook. She felt a surge of excitement at the opportunity to be alone with him. Just then, Sungho looked up meeting her eyes.
"Y/N, hey," Sungho greeted with a warm smile. "The others said you might be joining me to study."
"Did they now?" Y/N replied, sliding into the seat next to him with a playful grin. "So, what are we studying today, Mr. Park?"
Sungho chuckled. "Actually, I could use your help with something."
"How can I help?" she asked, putting her bag down.
Sungho slid the textbook he'd been reading towards her.
"This is for my psychology class, but I can't find anything useful in the new textbooks. I was wondering if I could borrow yours, at least until I can get my hands on another copy from last year."
