The summer solstice was about to begin. With the council already gathered, Zeus was ready to start when a crack opened in the middle of the hall.

The king of the gods raised his newly recovered lightning bolt, prepared to eliminate whoever dared to interrupt such an important meeting. However, he was stopped by his son Apollo, the god of the sun.

"Wait, Father, I know him," Apollo said, approaching the newcomer, who gave him a weak smile.

Apollo observed them with curiosity, both the newcomer and the man lying next to his lover. Turning around, he found eleven pairs of eyes staring at them intently. Well, one pair of those eyes was more focused on the demigod behind him.

"What is the meaning of this, Phoebus?" Zeus asked, giving his son an exasperated look. "Give me a reason why I shouldn't eliminate your lover and his companion."

Hermes turned alarmed upon hearing his father's words, for the one accompanying Apollo's lover was none other than his son, Luke, who found the ceiling of the throne room quite interesting.

Meanwhile, the other Olympians watched the scene before them with curiosity and amusement.

Apollo took a deep breath, unsure of what words to choose to avoid being attacked by his father, but it wasn't necessary to say anything when he heard his lover's voice.

"If I may speak, Lord Zeus," said Klaus with a smile. Not really caring about the god's permission, he continued, "We have been sent with a message from the Moirai."

"A message from the Moirai, you say, mortal?" Poseidon spoke, looking at the newcomer with curiosity. He felt like he had seen that face before.

Artemis let out a low snort upon hearing her uncle call her brother-in-law mortal. She knew better than anyone that he was anything but mortal.

"With all due respect, Lord Poseidon. I am not mortal at all," Klaus's eye twitched at being called mortal, but he tried to remain calm as he didn't want to cause a scene so soon.

"Oh, really? What are you then?" asked the god of the sea.

"Actually, that is not important right now," said Klaus. "As I mentioned before, we are here on behalf of the Moirai."

Klaus was just about to proceed with his message from the Moirai when the room's temperature suddenly shifted. This caused the gods to fidget uneasily on their thrones, as they were well aware of who was about to make an entrance.

"Greetings, Olympians," Clotho announced, her sisters beside her, each holding a long black thread.

Klaus sighed deeply, drawing their attention.

"I was just about to explain why we're here. Couldn't you wait a bit longer?" he asked, glaring at them.

"You always love to make a scene, Niklaus. But we have no time for that, and you know it," Lachesis replied sternly.
