"You.. Will be a succulent meal I'd say!"
Sky was fighting.. Against Lye.
Patrasche ran with all of her speed- Yet Lye was faster.
'Shit-'
They went tumbling down to the ground as lye stuck one of his blades into Patrasche's leg..
'I just need to get the setup right-'
"COME HERE!"
Before sky knew it- Lye was at 3 meters away..
'.. I.. Did live this before... So..'
You see, the way sky percieves mana is similar to that of a spirit.
He can feel the mana in the atmosphere as if it was the very nature of this world..
For sky, it feels as a rushing river..
And so, The perfect canvas to exert this rushing river.. Is of course, Water/
In a mere fraction of a second- a Dense wall of stone surrounded sky..
'More.. Focus..'
He extended out his hand as fast as he could- As a single droplet of water manifested out of the atmosphere... It spread, condensed.
'More- Spread- Focus-'
And in a split second- he saw the voracious Lye rushing at him..
To lye, the attack was clear. Water magic directed at the front of sky..
Perhaps in Sky's mind, this moment lasted merely 20 Miliseconds.. While for Lye, it had lasted much longer.
But Sky knew the exact moves by memory he had to use.
Sky already knew Lye's method to attack... To defend, To counter.
In fact, the small earth dome had been so tightly sealed that not even air had been able to escape.. Humidity had rapidly accumulated in the walls thanks to the spreading water..
The walls were covered in sweat-like droplets...
Did I mention that water was the best conductor for water magic?
"I FOUND YOU-"
Dozens of spears of frozen water suddenly emerged from the former stone walls- Not only piercing sky- But also piercing Lye hundreds- if not thousands of times..
