The following day, Mingyu woke up feeling slightly better, motivated by the new connection he had made. As he sipped his morning coffee, he checked his phone for messages from Wonwoo.

Wonwoo (texting): “Hey Mingyu! How’s your day going?”

Mingyu (replying): “Hi Wonwoo! It’s going okay. Just dealing with some work stuff. How about you?”

Wonwoo: “Not too bad! I’m just relaxing and catching up on some reading. What do you do for work?”

Their conversation flowed easily, and Mingyu found himself enjoying the exchange. Wonwoo was different from anyone he had met before—thoughtful, engaging, and genuinely interested in Mingyu’s life.

They continued chatting over the next few days, discussing everything from their favorite books to their dreams for the future. Mingyu began to look forward to these conversations, finding comfort and excitement in their growing connection.

One day, Wonwoo suggested they meet in person.

Wonwoo (texting): “How about we meet up for coffee sometime? I’d love to continue our conversation face-to-face.”

Mingyu (hesitant but hopeful): “Sure, that sounds good. When are you free?”

Wonwoo: “How about this weekend? There’s a nice café I know of.”

Mingyu: “Great! I’m looking forward to it.”

As the days passed, the time came.

At the weekend mingyu started getting ready and he had this strange feeling
Where he felt nervous but excited.

As he reached the cafe he called wonwoo, "hey wonwoo which table?"

"The table by the window In the right corner" Wonwoo replied on the call

Mingyu looked around and found an pale man in black clothes waving at him,

He waved back and came to him.

"Hello, nice to meet you in person wonwoo"

They talked for an hour and decided to leave.

"Let's go out of the café and walk for sometime." Said wonwoo

Mingyu nodded and they went out after paying.

As they walked, Mingyu couldn't help but steal glances at Wonwoo, who was smiling to himself. Wonwoo caught Mingyu's eye and blushed, looking away with a sheepish grin.

Mingyu's face grew hot as he quickly looked away, trying to play it cool. But he couldn't help sneaking another peek at Wonwoo, who was still blushing.

The tension between them was palpable, but it was a comfortable silence. They continued walking, enjoying each other's company, and the warm summer evening.

As they turned a corner, Wonwoo accidentally brushed his arm against Mingyu's, sending shivers down both their spines. They exchanged a brief, sparkling glance, and Mingyu's heart skipped a beat.

Wonwoo cleared his throat, trying to sound casual. "Hey, Mingyu? Can I ask you something?"

Mingyu looked up at Wonwoo, his heart still racing from their brief touch. "Yeah, sure. What's up?"

Wonwoo's eyes sparkled with curiosity. "What's your favorite thing to do on a day off? You know, when you're not working or anything."

Mingyu thought for a moment, feeling a sense of ease wash over him. "I actually really love reading. Getting lost in a good book is my favorite way to relax."

Wonwoo's face lit up with excitement. "No way! I'm a total bookworm too! What kind of books do you like?"

As they continued talking, their conversation flowed effortlessly, like they had known each other for years.

Mingyu found himself laughing and smiling more and more,
feeling a deep connection to Wonwoo.
