The day started with a buzz of activity as the UI/UX team and product designers gathered for a quick meeting before the main presentation. Ada sat nervously among her peers, her mind racing. The room was filled with anticipation as everyone submitted and reviewed their work.

Paul, the team leader, was particularly impressed by Ada's design. "This is outstanding," he said, holding up her submission for everyone to see. "I vote for Ada's work."

Mrs. Abosede was the next to cast her vote. "I think Jide's design is more refined," she said, casting a pointed look at Ada.

The votes were cast, and in the end, Ada's design received the highest number of votes. "Congratulations, Adaora! Your design is very impressive," Paul said, smiling at her. The team exchanged a few words and made minor adjustments, ensuring the project was ready for the main meeting.

An hour later, everyone was seated in the boardroom, ready and prepared for the arrival of the CEO, Mr. Chidi Okoye. Paul leaned over to Mrs. Abosede and whispered, "Where's Ada?"

"I don't know, probably roaming about," she replied dismissively. "I told you she's not serious about her job since you guys are supporting her."

Paul frowned. "What do you mean?"

Before Mrs. Abosede could respond, the door opened, and Chidi Okoye entered the room. Everyone stood up to pay their respects before taking their seats again. Chidi scanned the room and noticed Ada's absence.

"Why is Miss Adaora not here?" he asked, his voice tinged with curiosity.

"Uhmm... maybe she's in the restroom, I guess," Paul stammered.

"Someone should find out where she is. The meeting is about to start," Chidi said. The room was filled with shocked and curious faces, everyone wondering why Ada was so important to the CEO. Mrs. Abosede, on the other hand, was visibly irritated but kept her composure.

Bambam, one of the team members, quickly went to find Ada. Moments later, he returned with her in tow. She hurried to her seat, her face flushed with embarrassment.

"I'm very... very sorry," Adaora apologized to the team and the CEO.

"It's fine. Let the meeting begin now," Chidi replied with a reassuring smile. Paul began the presentation, explaining the hard work and creativity that went into their latest project. He projected their final design, which everyone had agreed upon, and detailed how it differed from the previous version.

Chidi cleared his throat, signaling Paul to pause. "This is not the design I'm expecting," he said, looking around the room. "Where's the design?" he asked, his eyes settling on Adaora.

Everyone turned to Adaora, confusion written on their faces. Mrs. Abosede was especially perplexed and annoyed. "Sir..." she started, but Chidi silenced her with a gesture.

"What design is that, Sir?" Adaora asked, bewildered.

"The design you were working on last night," Chidi replied.

"Oh! That? It's... just a personal sketch before the main design I submitted," Ada stammered.

"Is that so? Anyway, let's see it," Chidi insisted.

Ada nervously navigated through her laptop, connected it to the projector, and displayed her sketch. The room fell silent, and then a collective gasp filled the air as everyone saw the elite design she had created.

"Wow!" Paul exclaimed, looking at Ada in amazement. "Why didn't you submit this?"

Chidi turned to Mrs. Abosede. "What do you think, Mrs. Abosede?"
