A frustrated huff left her lips as the girl stomped her way into the cafeteria and straight to her table of friends. Hana plopped her body onto her chair and that immediately gained the attention of the four other people there.

"Woah woah what's gotten you all riled up?" Felix asked from her across her, chuckling. Hana could be seen being everything but enraged. It was a once a blue moon occurrence to see the sweet jolly girl this pissed.

"I truly want to choke Mr.Han to death," she seethed under her breath as her chopsticks aggressively stabbed into her bowl of rice which gave other the sign to not muck around now. But one of them, never got the memo on these things.

"We all do, don't worry. I'll assist," Beomgyu monotoned as he chucked in a piece of chips into his mouth but winced when he received a elbow from Jiae from beside him. He rolled his eyes at her and the girl glared at him before focusing her attention back to the fuming girl.

"What happened, Hans?" She asked carefully, with a concerned frown. All eyes diverted back to Hana who exasperated, melting into her seat with her shoulders slouching — her anger dissipating into upset frustration, a pout peaked up on her lips. Now that, was something everyone was much more used to.

She spaced out, staring into nothing in particular with dazed eyes as her head fell onto Mina's shoulder beside her. The shorter girl patted her friend's head with a poker face, way too familiar with the girl being this way.

"I'm paired with Jaemin for the project this entire term,"

Now that, broke Mina's cool and she turned to the girl with wide eyes, the abrupt movement of her shoulder made the other girl's head fell off and hit straight on to the table making her moan in pain of it.

Jiae sighed and shared a look with the calm Beomgyu and then to a worried Felix, as they processed the new information that left Hana's lips.

"Shit I'm sorry," Mina apologised quickly with knitted brows but Hana shook her head indicating it's fine, "Can I just hit my head harder and hope this is a sick nightmare?" she sighed again.

"Uh.....no?" Felix monotoned.

The devastated girl raised her head up, glancing over at her friends, "Guys what the fuck do I do?"

Jiae reached over and patted her shoulder twice, "Best of luck is all we can say," she said with pursed lips. They'd suggest her to try and change partners but knowing Mr. Han, that would be in one word, impossible.

And thus, Hana simply continued to fiddle with her tray of food with a scowl. Picking up on the mood and how silent it had gotten, Felix decided to shift the topic, "Did you meet the new guy on 12th? He's pretty chill,"

"Yeah, Mark. I've heard about him from-"

Jaemin

Jiae paused her own words before taking her a glance around her table, cautiously watching Hana, "—through family connections," she explained instead with a nervous tight lipped smile, nudging Beomgyu to add something but thankfully, Mina covered up faster than that.

"I ran into him this morning, he seemed decent- unlike most of grade 12," Mina said blandly, trying to save the situation. But somehow, it ended up turning on her now. Realising how the table suddenly went quiet, she peered up to see all of them giving her incredulous looks.

"Did you just call him decent?" Felix questioned with creased brows making her frown. The short girl, being as intolerant as she was, sent them all a questioning look, "Yeah? I don't even know him?"

"He's one of the Lee brothers. They're trouble personified," Jiae muttered, having way too many experiences with them due to them being Jaemin's friends.
