There's so much hate for the previous chapter regarding Shannaya's decision. It's part of her character. She doesn't want to hurt his family because they lost their daughter Monika now and From the start of the story till now Shannaya is Kind and she don't wanna hurt other knowingly or unknowingly. Shannaya's POV
I hate Rohit from bottom of my heart. I'm staying not because of Rohit. It's because of his family. They treated me like their own daughter. In this situation I'm not able to tell them what Rohit did to me.
It's already been a week Rohit is trying to talk to me and take care of me. He's doing all this because of guilty. I'm staying in the guest room and trying to comfort his family for Moni's death.
I'm getting ready to meet Sid in cafe. "Where are you going Shannaya?" He asked. "I don't wanna answer you" I said. He nodded his head and mutter "Thanks for staying Shannaya. Tomorrow I'll talk about our divorce to Dad. I know you're not comfortable here. I'll convince them not to worry but please don't tell them about what I did to you. My father is not well right now and I can't lose my dad" He handed me some paper. I open it. It's a divorce papers he signed it. I closed my eyes to compose my feelings. I'm beyond happy right now. I didn't utter a single word. I looked at him. "Thank you Shannaya for coming into my life but I miss the Angel. I'm sorry for everything. Have a good life. I can't forget you Sweetheart" I yelled"Please don't call me that. It haunt me every night Rohit. I'm the happiest person right now. I wanna tell your dad about you how disgusting your son is and what type of man you have raised who raped his own wife and blackmailing her to sleep with his bestfriend and using her against her will and abusing her all night. Blackmail her with his so called fake boyfriend Rohan but I consider him as my dad so I can't risk his life. It's not for you. It's for your family. You don't deserve such good people in your life. Karma will never leave you for your deeds Rohit. You can't hide or escape from that. I'll prove it to you that your brother Vikram Singh Mehta is wrong and he will rot in jail forever" He suddenly grabbed my throat and I can't breath. I started to struggle on his hold. "Shannaya police wanna investigate Vinoth for Moni's death" he said. I raised my eyebrows in questioning. "they check her caller ID Vinoth is the last person she talked to before Moni die"
Without answering him I went out of the house. Sid is waiting for me in the cafe.
"I know you're angry with me. I'm sorry Sid I'm extremely sorry" He's not even looking at my eyes. "Siddarth " I called him again.
He blink back his tears "You know I'll be hurt if you take that decision even though you did it"
"I'm sorry Sid please try to understand. I don't stay there for Rohit. I can't hurt his family in this pathetic situation. Please forgive me" I started to break down infront of him.
"Don't cry Shannaya I don't want to see you in tears" He muttered.
I placed the divorce paper in which Rohit signed it and I take a pen infront of Sid and signed it "I want to stay with you Sid no matter whatever happens in our life. I don't know I can give you the same love and care you have given me" I grabbed his hand and squeezed it
"True Love don't want anything in return. I just want to be with you forever and My love is enough for both of us" Sid kissed my forehead
