The Escape

f: "JJ, take the old man out of there and do something with him."
jj: "Okay."
JJ went inside the hall leaving the door wide open so I could see what's in there. There's a stage, but on this one there is a place to imprison people on. Such as public executions... But the floor was covered in blood, I think it's Nihil's. It made me so angry when I saw that. Guy took him out of there bridal style and went somewhere with him. Father invited me inside and told me to lay down on that thing. I don't know what's about to come...

JJ'S POV:

I took Nihil to the bathroom and exited the place through the window. I slowly walked away from the church, knowing that the gang should be here already waiting for me. I saw a big black car in front of the supermarket and I immediately knew that's them. I saw a man coming out of the drivers seat.
"Copia?"
"Oh it's you... What happened to him..? Is he dead..?"
"No he's not. They made holy knife damage on him."
"I can see by how bloody his clothes are... and the forehead."
"Yeah I know."
I placed Nihil on one of the back seats and straightened up myself.
cu: "Where is Moon? What about our plan?"
c: "I should ask the same."
"Don't worry she's fine and under cont-"
Then a loud scream came from the hall. I knew it was late for me to get her without injuries. But I still got time to save her from the rest pain.
cu: "WHAT ARE YOU WAITING FOR!?!"
r: "GO FOR HER ARE YOU STUPID??"
"Oh yeah."
And I ran away from them as fast as I could to save the girl. I went through the window like I left and ran to the hall. Once I came there I just had to get some bandages for her. I'm so stupid but they should be grateful that I'm by her side. After getting them I heard loud yelling. By this time I had to stop this. I barged into the hall:
"STOP THIS BULLSHIT SHE DID NOTHING!"
f: "Ain't no way we're doing that."
sy: "She deserves it."
Moon fainted right after hearing the words coming out of Synthia's mouth. She was her best friend. I know I'm playing with death right now but I pushed the old woman and father so hard they fell to the ground. His assistant running after him so I had a chance to undo the locks and run with her for my own life... So I started working on the locks and quickly took Moon in my arms. They already did 4 cuts to her... and it's my fault. I should've just leave Nihil in the bathroom. But I would never come back for him again! I don't know what would I do back then if I would think. Now I have to go back to the bathroom and lock myself there. I quickly ran out of the hall, father and the security guards after him. I'm dead... I locked the bathroom as they were banging on the door. I ignored them but still rushing I lifted the window and finally got out of the church. I've seen them in the distance but they were slowly getting too far away from me to reach them in time. I realized I was going to faint anytime soon.
"COPIA!! HELP ME."
I noticed that he immediately started to run towards me with 2 other ghouls. I was slowly going down on my knees since I was not in the best condition. They arrived on time and took Moon in their hands, Copia just helped me get up and also took me with them. I was surprised they even wanted me after that...
"I can't even explain how I feel after what you did brother. You saved life of a demonic creature. I do owe you a big one."
"It's alright. I'm just fighting with death right now, if I ever go back there, they will kill me."
"Don't worry about it, you are coming with us for now."
"Thank you sir, You are saving my life."
All of us are now in front of the car, placing unconscious Moon in the front seat. They even got a seat for me at the end of the car. So I just went with them since we had to be fast. Copia quickly turned the car on and sprinted off the supermarket's parking lot. We were heading to their place in the woods. I really wanted to stay with them now...

We arrived at the ministry. Everyone had already left their seats, one ghoul took Moon with him and another one took Nihil. I also stepped out of the car and went behind them.
"JJ, stay here. I'll be back soon and we will talk."
"Alright sir."
So I just stood in place next to some room, probably his bedroom or his office. They went to the basement so Copia was gone for maybe 15 minutes and then he came back.
"Come in."
It was his office. I sat down on the couch:
"JJ man, you told me earlier that you are not safe back there."
"Yes that's true."
"You did an excellent thing sacrificing yourself for a ghoul. I really want to know why you were helping us."
"I don't want others to get hurt because they exist."
"A good reason. Listen: we have quest rooms here and I really need help with paperwork. Are you interested?"
This man just gave me a job offer and a place to stay for rescuing a ghoul. How can I say no to that?
"It would save my life sir. I would love to work with you."
"That's why I want you to stay here. You are not safe out there and I really need help sometimes. Oh and just call me Copia."
"Okay, thank you so much."
"Let me get you the keys and you're all set. Are you going with me?"
"Of course."
