Amaira was checking up her patients ,but she felt someone's gaze at her from far.
She looked here and there only to find no one, and then looked at Arsh who was talking with one of HOs.
As she was looking at him while he was talking, he looked at her resulting an eye contact.
Amaira looked away.
She engrossed herself in her work, but cannot be unaware of the fact that she couldn't concentrate. The reason is Zaidi Sahab.
She tried to quickly steal his one glance , but he was already looking at her . Resulting another eye contact.
She nervously shook her head and looked here and there but not at him.
Suddenly Dr. Shifa one of the consultants came to visit the ward.
"Good Morning Dr Arsh " She greeted him with a smile and he smiled back at her.
"Strange " Zara murmered.
"Why? " Sara questioned.
"He never smiles at anyone, but look at him now how he is talking to her. Smiling, giggling and look blushing as well " Zara said pointing at Arsh's soft side for her .
"He is interested in her " Sara said and Zara nodded.
Amaira felt her heart clenching , as if someone pocked a knife in it.
"Amaira why are you so silent? " Zara asked her.
"Nothing, I am just not feeling well " She said.
"Let's go to rest room, you need some rest " Sara said and Zara nodded,worry visible on their face .
Amaira nodded.
"Sir, Amaira is not feeling well. Please give us today's leave " Sara said to Dr. Razzaq .
"Okay, take care of your self " He said permitting them.
As they were about to leave Dr. Arsh said something that made Amaira's blood boil .
"Dr. Razzaq, tell them not to come to hospital half sick or as a patient. If they can't keep themselves fine how would they cure their patients " He said in his bitter tone.
"I apologize to interept in between, but Sir, 𝐛𝐞𝐞𝐦𝐚𝐫𝐢 𝐚𝐮𝐫 𝐦𝐮𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐚𝐭 𝐛𝐚𝐭𝐚 𝐤𝐫 𝐧𝐡𝐢 𝐚𝐚𝐭𝐢, and no one wants to be sick " Amaira said as she couldn't resist herself.
"Dr.Razzaq seems like some students of this batch are completely mannerless " He taunted her while glaring .
"Sir here I am standing right in front of you, so you don't need to say anything to Dr. Razzaq sir , when you can have a straight face to face conversation with me " She said boldly.
