The little girl ran down the rocky path over to the Ares cabin. Jumping up the two of the steps before quickly knocking on the door, one of the kids opened it and called for Clarisse.

Who soon came out with a few other of the ares kids, Isa and Max, who typically hung out around Clarisse.

"I'm a forbidder." Guppy said while rocking up and down on the balls of her feet, looking up at the ares kids.

Clarisse just sighed before turning to Isa, who was already correcting the girl. "No Guppy. You're Forbidden not a forbidder. And all it means is your dad is going to be big, big in trouble."

"Why is he in trouble again?" She asked the older kids curiosity laced in her voice.

"Jesus kid. I think seven people have probably explained it to you already. Basically your dad promised he wasn't going to have kids, but suprise here you are! So he broke his promise. Simple." Max explained while sitting down on the wooden steps of the porch connected to the front of the cabin.

"So he broke a promise? I don't like people who brake promises. They're mean." Guppy pouted while glancing at the sitting blonde.

"To be honest I'm just surprised you and your raggedy brother were claimed so soon. Probably pissed some people off." Clarisse said while walking past the little girl down the steps.

"What does raggedy mean-" she started but was soon cut off by Isa.

"-Anyways! Let's go do something fun, huh? And maybe not say mean words about children's family members to their face." She mumbled the last bit while narrowing her blue eyes at Clarisse...And that's what they did, for two. Whole. Hours.

Playing a game of snakes and ladders that Max oh so kindly won. (It was in fact not kindly won, he flipped the board before doing an awful victory dance and flipping everyone off)

Not long after that Clarisse had to go to the choosing, apparently Percy had got to go on some adventure thing, to save a lightning bolt?

Guppy didn't understand. She thought lightning was one of those things that came down when it was raining, but apparently not.

She stayed with Isa and Max while the older campers like Annabeth and Luke went to see if Percy would choose them for the adventure.

Guppy felt a little nervous. Was Percy going to leave her? Leave her like mom did? Forever?

When she spotted Percy sitting in the museum area of the cabin she sped over, going to sit next to him.

"Everyone says you're going on Quiche." She mumbled quietly, looking down at the frayed hem of the sleeve of her grey long sleeve shirt under her orange Camp Half Blood one.

"It's called a Quest Guppy. And yeah. Me, Grover and Annabeth are going to go get something important back." Percy responded while packing his dark blue back pack that he had since 6th grade, occasionally glancing at his quiet younger sister.

"So you're leaving me?" She mumbled just a bit too quietly, revealing how sad she truly was. She didn't really understand why he  actually had to leave. She just knew he had to.
