I've been waiting outside the hospital for Lauren for half an hour, I'd rather be out here then in there with Adam right now. She finally gets out the car and her mom waves at me and I slightly wave back. When she reaches me she hugs me but I don't hug back, instead I just keep my arms to my side.
"How is he?" Lauren asks as we walk though the hall and back to the waiting room.
"Not sure. Haven't heard anything since I called you" I shrug.
When we get to the waiting room Adam immediately gets up and walks towards us.
"Hi Lauren" he says softly while looking at the ground.
"Adam" she says bluntly.
"Any news?" I ask.
"Yeah. We can visit him now" he smiles lightly "only one at a time though"
"Can I trust that you dont finish the job that got him here in the first place?" I question
"Yes"
"Okay. You can go first, then Lauren and then me"
Sort chapter I know but the next three chapters are going to be in their POVs when the visit matty
