Third person POV

The morning sun filtered gently through the lace curtains of Aurora's room, casting a soft, golden light that danced across the floor. Aurora stirred in her bed, her heart fluttering with excitement as she remembered the significance of the day. It was her second day at school, and after the thrilling experience of the first day, she could hardly wait to see what this new day would bring.

As Aurora sat up in bed, her eyes immediately fell on Chiara, her ever-attentive personal maid. Chiara was busy arranging Aurora's clothes for the day, which was a pristine of a pink emblem embroidered on the chest. The ensemble was completed by a pair of polished black shoes and a matching pink ribbon for her hair. Chiara was also organizing Aurora's school supplies, making sure everything was in order for her young charge.

Chiara noticed Aurora was awake and turned to her with a warm smile. "Good morning, Princess," she greeted, her voice as gentle as the morning light.

Aurora smiled back, her heart swelling with affection for Chiara. "Good morning, Chiara."

With a small yawn, Aurora slid out of bed, her bare feet sinking into the plush carpet as she made her way to the bathroom. The bathroom was as elegant as the rest of the house, with marble floors, a clawfoot tub, and a large vanity mirror framed in gold. Aurora took a deep breath, inhaling the soothing scent of lavender that filled the air it was her favorite, and Chiara always made sure it was ready for her morning bath.

As the warm water enveloped her, Aurora felt her nerves begin to settle. She loved school, but there was still a tiny part of her that was anxious about meeting new people and navigating the social intricacies that came with being the daughter of the infamous Mafia King. Still, the excitement of learning new things and spending time with her best friend, Anya, outweighed her fears.

After her bath, Chiara helped Aurora into her cloths, her nimble fingers tying the ribbon into a neat bow in Aurora's soft, cascading curls. Aurora admired herself in the mirror, pleased with how the cloths looked on her. It made her feel grown-up, ready to face whatever challenges the day might bring.

As Chiara was finishing with Aurora's hair, the door to her room opened, and in walked Vincenzo, Aurora's father. His presence was commanding, as always, his broad shoulders and tall frame filling the doorway. But when he looked at Aurora, his stern expression softened, and a warm smile spread across his face.

"Good morning, Bambina," Vincenzo greeted her, his deep voice filled with affection.

Aurora's eyes lit up as she saw her father, her heart swelling with happiness. "Good morning, Daddy!"

In Vincenzo's hands was a sleek, elegantly wrapped box. He carried it with an air of mystery, his smile widening as he approached Aurora. "I have a little surprise for you," he said, his voice teasingly playful.

Aurora's eyes widened with curiosity and excitement. She loved surprises, especially when they came from her father. "What is it?" she asked, her voice trembling with anticipation.
