Third person POV
The plane touched down in Africa early the next day. As Vincenzo and his sons disembarked, the weight of the mission settled heavily over them. They moved swiftly, their steps calculated and determined. The humid air clung to their skin as they were led to a small house, already prepared for their arrival. Guards were posted around the perimeter, patrolling and ensuring that every corner was secure.
Inside, the atmosphere was tense but purposeful. The house served as their temporary command center, with a table spread out in the middle, maps and blueprints of the mansion they were about to infiltrate. Vincenzo stood at the head of the table, his sharp eyes scanning the room. His sons were gathered, their expressions hard and focused, waiting for his orders.
"Gabriel," Vincenzo said, breaking the silence. His voice was low but firm, carrying the weight of command. "Spread your toys around the mansion. We need eyes in the air and on the ground."
Gabriel nodded, already pulling out a small case filled with miniature drones and surveillance equipment. "On it, Dad." He began setting up his tech, his fingers moving with precision as he prepared to deploy the devices. He knew that every second counted. "The drones will be in the air in less than five minutes. We'll have visuals on every corner of that mansion."
Vincenzo turned to Luca next, his second youngest. "Luca, secure the mics and earpieces for our communication during the mission. We'll need you to monitor everything and keep us informed about what's happening in real time."
Luca gave a quick nod, opening his laptop and pulling out several small, discreet earpieces. "I'll make sure you all stay connected. I've already hacked into their security systems, so we'll be able to hear everything happening inside the mansion. They won't see us coming."
Vincenzo's gaze shifted to Nicolo, his sniper. "Nicolo," he said, his voice taking on a slightly different tone one of quiet trust. "Your position will be in the trees, somewhere high where no one can see you. You're our sniper. Take out anyone who tries to come at us from behind. We can't afford to be flanked."
Nicolo nodded without hesitation. "I've got the perfect spot picked out. They won't know what hit them." His eyes were steely, his hands already reaching for his sniper rifle, which he handled with deadly precision.
"Marco, Matteo," Vincenzo called, turning his attention to the twins, who stood side by side, both with a dangerous gleam in their eyes. "You two will handle the assassinations. Anyone in our way, take them out. Quietly. Swiftly."
Marco cracked his knuckles, giving a sharp nod. "Consider it done, Dad."
Matteo smiled grimly, the edge of excitement in his voice. "We'll make sure no one sees us coming."
Vincenzo's eyes finally landed on his oldest sons, Leonardo, Alessandro, and Antonio. "The three of you will join me inside the mansion. We're going straight in. We'll find Aurora and get her out, no matter what."
Leonardo, his eldest, gave a firm nod, his face cold and determined. "I've waited two years for this, Dad. I'm not stopping until we get her back."
Alessandro's fists clenched at his sides. "I'll tear that place apart to find her."
Antonio, calm but focused, added, "No matter what it takes, we'll bring her home."
Vincenzo stood tall, the weight of his authority filling the room. "Tonight, we bring her home. Tonight, this ends." He took a deep breath, his expression hardening into one of absolute resolve. "Everyone, get everything ready. Tonight will be war."
As his sons dispersed to prepare, the tension in the room was thick. The hours leading up to the operation would be spent fine-tuning their plan, ensuring that nothing was left to chance. Outside, the guards continued their patrols, ensuring their meeting remained undetected. Inside, Vincenzo stared at the map on the table, his mind focused on one thing: getting Aurora back.
