Atsumu was taken by surprise when he noticed where Sakusa had brought him. he smiled widely and looked up at the brunette who, after returning the blonde's smile, pulled him close in a warm embrace, holding the shorter one tightly by his waist. Atsumu wrapped his arms around Sakusa's neck and gently whispered in his ear "Just like when we first met, it's lovely."

"it is, isn't it?" the other whispered back, before planting a soft kiss on Atsumu's forehead.

they then took a seat on the same bench they had when they ran into each other on the first day of camp. they were both very upset to know that the following day, they'd have to go back to their usual lives, and not have the pleasure of spending time together basically every minute of every day. Atsumu knew he was going to miss Sakusa very much, but he was rather reluctant to admit it to the taller boy who was holding him close, talking about random stuff with his oddly calming voice. a nice, comforting silence fell between the pair before Atsumu spoke up.

"I'm gonna miss this, Omi."

"me too, but I think I'll miss you more than anything, Atsu"

the blonde's heart melted at the words of the brunette. he then placed his head on the other's shoulder closing his eyes, taking in every second of this quiet moment.

"what are you doing to me, Atsu"

the blonde heard Sakusa whisper. he said it more thinking out loud than anything. he didn't expect those words to actually come out of his mouth, but when he saw the tips of Atsumu's ears turn red, he thought it was worth it.

their peace was soon disturbed by Atsumu's phone, which rang with the most obnoxious ringtone Sakusa had ever heard, so it made him giggle. Atsumu picked up his phone from one of his pockets and checked who was bothering him. oddly enough, it was Suna. what could Suna possibly want from him?

"Suna? did anything happen to Samu?"  Atsumu said but was so worried that any words barely came out.

"no, Osamu is okay. you, however..."

"what? what does that mean?"

"Osamu told me about your camp experience. by that i mean...what happens before and after practice every day."

"oh my god... im going to kill Samu"

"leave Samu alone, you knew he was going to tell me. hell, you were going to tell the whole team when you got back" Suna said, followed by a giggle, to which Atsumu giggled as well

"you're not entirely wrong. so what's up? why did you call me?"

"we're worried about you, Tsumu. you've never shown interest in anyone as much as you do with Sakusa and, although we are happy for you, we don't want things to end badly once you come back home tomorrow. are you sure you're gonna be okay?"

"well, you're not wrong, but i think so. if not, trains are a thing, and so are phones. plus, you'll never know what tomorrow is gonna bring you"

"wise words...you two have fun, Tsumu, but please be careful, you and i both know you have a tendency to put yourself out there and get hurt. me and Samu don't want to see you hurt, we care about you"

"i know, thanks, Suna. i'll call Samu later, are you two hanging out today?"

"yeah, im going over by your house in a couple of hours. Samu is planning a 'welcome home Atsumu' dinner and im going to help him with my presence. Don't tell him i told you that."

"aw that's sweet. i knew he had a soft spot for me, his favorite brother." Atsumu said with his big signature grin plastered on his face.

"I'll talk to you later then," Suna said, ending their call before Atsumu got the chance to say anything in return.
