This came out wayyy later than I expected. I had terrible writer's block and a lot of stuff to do in September- I have no clue why. 😭😭
Anyways... Finally a new chapter yay! The sad, traumatic part is over... for now. We're back to some low-key, cartoony things at the moment!
Btw this takes place before ii2 episode 15 if you didn't know.
Already cooking up some interesting lore for part 2 so stay tuned for that!
Also, go join my art contest if you want!! Please and thank you! (willing to extend the date :D)
I Really love all your fanart!! ❤❤❤
Chapters hopefully should come earlier this month!! I'm feeling very motivated!!
I don't really have anything else to say for now sooo...
Hope you enjoy this part and again, thank you all for the support! It keeps me motivated to continue working on this silly book!

Emptiness with stripes of green. A robotic arm chasing after another object. A huge, creepy entity smiling deviously. Wide screens surrounding the place.
Snowflake (not actually) ducked under one of Code's robotic tentacles, trying to escape from the coded entity. He had to focus right now. Nickel was safely out, but he was still here. This wasn't good.
"Oh, Snowflake! Where are you going, friend?" Code teased, its voice echoing through the space.
The flake immediately froze, the word "friend" bringing back memories he wanted to forget. His moment of shock quickly faded as he saw another robotic tentacle reaching out for him. He quickly teleported away, only to be hit by another one from the side. Snowflake slammed into the ground, groaning in pain.
Code climbed over to the frail object, grinning widely. "Don't think that you can escape this time! You've never been able to win our little game. And Snowflake's body isn't helping you."
Snowflake glared up at him. "You know what... You're exactly right!" He got up, a smile forming on his face. "This body isn't helping me."
The snowflake glitched for a moment before turning into their actual self. Code paused, unaware that this object would do that. His robotic arms drooped down, its mind racing.
The object's eyes shimmered, and Code felt a cold sweat run down him. It had seen them do this, right before they-
He was suddenly cut off from his train of thoughts as this object spoke again.
"This will be just like old times, won't it?"

Nickel squeezed his eyes shut as he fell through the ground. He expected to hit the ground, but he just kept... falling. The coin blinked open his eyes, wondering if he did something wrong.
This wasn't the showgrounds, it was just...
Emptiness.
It wasn't like the empty space where Code resided, just pure... emptiness. There was nothing there. He was just falling to nowhere.
"Great." Nickel muttered, rolling his eyes. This was just his luck.
Well, this was an opportunity for him to figure out what was going on. Sure, he was in a cartoon world. Nothing made sense here, (even if he was sort of getting used to it)! But what had happened in the past week- or two- sort of... frightened him. And Nickel wasn't really the type to get scared of things easilu.
