Park Sunhee's POV

I kept running, as fast as I could, running was the only option I could think of right now, I don't have any weapon with me to defend myself with right now and that's something I regret, if this guy had knife or something like that, maybe I could have fought back but damn this dude has a whole ass AX,
However, while running, I saw a dull yet bright light peeking from a connecting street from the main alley, I didn't think twice, and immediately took a sharp turn to my right where the light was shining through, the strange light disappeared and just then I felt a tight grip on my wrist, and soon I felt myself being dragged forcefully, I almost stumbled because of the high speed, glancing ahead, i couldn't really figure out who it is, but I can tell its a man, his shadow somewhat seems familiar but I didn't really pay attention to it since right now, I'm running for my life, or maybe our life, might as well be a trap or not,
Moreover, giving my life and trust into the stranger's hand, I ran along in the same pace as the unknown guy,
We took another sharp turn to my right, I almost lost balance once again due to how much force the stranger is applying on my wrist by dragging me, its almost as if I'm flying with his support, this street is darker compared to the main alley and its honestly creeping me out,

I heard faint footsteps from behind us, glancing behind hurriedly, there were no signs of the guy, however gazing ahead I noticed a dead end
Oh damn...Guess we're both dying then
But to my unexpectance, the stranger pulled me to another right, however it wasn't a street, but more like a tight suffocating space between two buildings, my head pressed in the stranger's chest, a bit above his chest, to be exact; his collarbone, our bodies glued together, shifting my gaze from the floor to his face, I could only see slight outlining of the face, but the sharp and prominent jawline didn't go unnoticed by me since he was facing to the left, yet the figure still remained unknown, I didn't utter a word because I'm well aware right now is not the time, one wrong move and we'll say goodbye to the earth,

both of his hands were on my shoulder, and even his touch seemed familiar, we heard footsteps and dragging of the ax on the bumpy road, shifting my gaze from him to our left, I saw a shadow approaching us, as I felt the stranger push me in the little space further along with him by my shoulders while his gaze remained to the left,
"Fuck!" We heard the man yell as the footstep sounds slowly faded away along with the dragging of an ax, it seemed like a scene taken from a movie, nevertheless glancing back at the stranger, I unknowingly smiled
Thank you...stranger

And once again, I was saved by the hands of someone unknown, or at least that's just what I thought,
I probably wouldn't even have been alive right now if it wasn't for him,
"Are you okay?" The unknown man questioned in a form of whisper, his voice seeming oddly familiar,
"Jay-shi?" I questioned back instead, he chuckled lowly, "that's right" he admitted, even though I can't really see his face, I can tell he's smiling, he somehow managed to slide through the space from infront of me as he peeked over to the dark street for any imposters left and right, glancing back, he signalled me that's its safe now,

Stepping out of the tiny space, we both looked at each other, as now he was slightly visible, "are you okay? Does it hurt anywhere?" He questioned now in a low voice as he stepped closer and spun me checking all over my body for any wounds, I just shook my head in response, though my whole body hurts, especially my arm, I decided not to tell him, "are you sure?" He asked once again to confirm as I nodded,
"Are you really sure?"

I nodded once again, not uttering a single word because I'm afraid my voice will crack, he sighed, "don't lie Sunhee-ah, I know it does hurt somewhere, even if its dark out here, I can see the pain through your eyes" he remarked as I just stared at him surprised,
How can he just read me like an open book?
