Taehyung chuckled at Y/N’s sudden realization, leaning back slightly to look at her more clearly.

Y/N: *playfully accusing* “Wait a minute… why do you always act like we’re dating in front of our parents? We’re supposed to be keeping this a secret!”

Taehyung’s expression softened, his playful demeanor fading as he gazed down at her. There was a hint of seriousness in his eyes, but the love and adoration he had for her were unmistakable.

Taehyung: *calmly* “Because I don’t care about keeping us a secret anymore. I’m tired of hiding, Y/N. I want them to know. I want the whole world to know that you’re mine and I’m yours.”

Y/N’s heart skipped a beat at his words. She loved how passionate he was, but this wasn’t part of their plan. She had been adamant about keeping their relationship a secret until the time was right, and Taehyung’s sudden disregard for that made her feel both nervous and excited.

Y/N: *narrowing her eyes* “Kim Taehyung, I swear if you pull another stunt like this, I will kill you. We agreed to keep this quiet for a reason.”

Taehyung: *smirking, unfazed by her threat* “I know, I know. But don’t you think it’s about time we stopped pretending? I mean, they’re going to find out eventually.”

Y/N: *sighing, her voice softer now* “That’s not the point. I just… I don’t want things to change so quickly. And what if they don’t react the way we hope?”

Taehyung reached out, gently tucking a strand of hair behind her ear as he gazed at her with unwavering confidence.

Taehyung: *quietly* “I’m willing to take that risk if it means I don’t have to hide how much I love you. Let them know you belong to me, Y/N. Because you do. And I belong to you.”

Y/N’s cheeks flushed at his words, her resolve wavering under the intensity of his gaze. He always had a way of making her feel cherished and secure, even in moments like this when she was unsure of what to do.

Y/N: *mumbling* “You’re impossible, you know that?”

Taehyung: *grinning* “And yet, you love me.”

Y/N couldn’t help but smile at that. He was right, of course. She did love him—more than she could ever put into words. And as much as she wanted to keep their relationship under wraps for now, a part of her couldn’t deny the thrill of letting the world know that they were together.

Y/N: *softly* “I do love you, Tae. But promise me you’ll be careful from now on. I’m not ready for everyone to know yet.”

Taehyung: *nodding* “I promise. But just know that whenever you’re ready, I’ll be right there with you.”

Y/N: *yawning* “Good… because if you mess this up, I’ll never let you hear the end of it.”

Taehyung chuckled as he watched her eyes grow heavy with sleep. She was adorable when she tried to act tough, especially when she was clearly exhausted.

Taehyung: *whispering* “I won’t mess it up, Y/N. I promise.”

Y/N’s eyelids fluttered as she fought to stay awake, but the warmth of Taehyung’s arms and the comfort of his presence were too much to resist. She snuggled closer to him, wrapping her arms around his waist like a koala, and within moments, she was fast asleep.
