Believe it or not, Capricorns are very social people. They do well in situations  where it calls to be "hostess" or moving the crowd. It's just that a lot of Capricorns aren't consistant with going out. In a social setting, they can definitely be reserved and introverted until they're comfortable enough to let loose. This is when you'll see their fun and spontaneous side. Capricorns have to get a "feel" for people to better understand how to communicate with them and most would rather be approached but they're down-to-earth once you get to know the "inner" them a little better.
