The final month of Y/N's pregnancy was both exciting and exhausting. The anticipation of meeting their baby was palpable, but the toll of carrying a child for nine months had left Y/N feeling more fatigued than ever. Her baby bump had grown significantly, making even simple tasks feel like a challenge. Despite the tiredness, Y/N and Namjoon were filled with a deep sense of joy and readiness for the new chapter of their lives.

Namjoon had decided to take a hiatus from work, fully dedicating himself to being by Y/N's side. He didn't want to miss a single moment, especially since the baby could arrive at any time. His protective instincts were in overdrive, and he made sure everything was in place for when the time came.

"How are you feeling today, love?" Namjoon asked one morning, as he gently helped Y/N out of bed.

She sighed, leaning into him for support. "Tired. Everything feels so heavy. But it's okay, I'm just ready to meet our baby."

He kissed the top of her head, holding her close. "We're almost there. You're doing such an amazing job."

Y/N managed a small smile, though she was too tired to say much. She was grateful for Namjoon's unwavering support; he had been her rock throughout the pregnancy, always knowing exactly what she needed without her having to ask.

The days passed slowly, each one filled with a mix of excitement and anxiety. Y/N spent most of her time resting, conserving her energy for the big day. Namjoon had taken over all the household chores, making sure she didn't have to lift a finger. He also made sure she was eating well, preparing nutritious meals that were both healthy and satisfying.

One afternoon, as Y/N sat on the couch with her feet propped up, Namjoon came over with a glass of water and a gentle smile. "Here you go, just stay hydrated," he said, handing her the glass.

"Thank you, Joonie," she said, taking a sip. "I don't know what I'd do without you."

He sat down beside her, resting his hand on her bump. "You don't have to worry about that. I'm not going anywhere."

They spent the afternoon in a comfortable silence, Namjoon occasionally rubbing her back or massaging her swollen feet. Every now and then, he'd lean over and talk to the baby, his voice soft and filled with love.

"Hey, little one," he whispered, pressing his lips against Y/N's belly. "We can't wait to meet you. Your mommy and I are so excited."

Y/N smiled, placing her hand over his. "I think she is excited too. She have been moving around a lot lately."

Namjoon chuckled. "Probably getting ready to make her grand entrance."

As the days turned into weeks, the anticipation only grew. The nursery was ready, filled with soft blankets, tiny clothes, and all the essentials a newborn could need. They had even picked out a name, though they kept it a secret, wanting to share it with everyone after the baby arrived.

One night, as they lay in bed, Y/N turned to Namjoon, her voice quiet and a little shaky. "I'm a little scared," she admitted. "I know it's normal, but...I just don't know what to expect."

Namjoon turned to face her, his eyes filled with understanding. "It's okay to be scared, Baby. This is a huge moment, and it's completely normal to feel that way. But I'm right here with you, every step of the way. We're in this together."

His words brought her comfort, and she nodded, feeling the weight of her anxiety lessen. "Thank you, Joon. I'm so glad we're doing this together."

He kissed her gently, pulling her close. "Me too, love. Me too."

As they drifted off to sleep that night, Y/N felt a sense of calm wash over her. She knew that no matter what happened, Namjoon would be by her side, ready to face whatever challenges came their way.

The next morning, they woke up to a beautiful day, the sun shining through the windows, casting a warm glow over their home. As Y/N slowly got out of bed, she felt a strange sensation—a tightening in her abdomen that she hadn't felt before.

She paused, placing a hand on her belly. Namjoon noticed her hesitation and immediately came to her side. "What's wrong? Are you okay?"

"I...I think it might be starting," Y/N said, her voice a mixture of excitement and nervousness.

Namjoon's eyes widened as he processed her words. "Are you sure?"

She nodded, feeling another tightening sensation. "Yeah, I think it's time."

Namjoon's heart raced as he quickly grabbed their hospital bags and helped Y/N get ready. "Okay, let's get you to the hospital."

As they made their way to the car, Y/N took a deep breath, feeling a mix of emotions—excitement, fear, and a deep sense of love for the little life growing inside her.

Namjoon was right by her side, his hand steady and reassuring as he guided her to the car. "We're going to meet our baby soon," he said, his voice full of wonder.

Y/N nodded, her heart pounding in her chest. "Yes, we are."

And with that, they set off, ready to begin the next chapter of their lives—together.
