"ROWAN! YOU HAVE PRACTICE IN 40!" Nika screamed, banging on the door. Rowan slowly fluttered her eyes open, stretching and sitting up. "No, I'm not letting you go. It's too early to get out of bed" Paige whined, yanking her back down into her chest. "Mmm you're so warm" Paige's voice was raspy, making Rowan melt even more into her arms. Rowan smiled to herself, feeling. Paige's hands play with her hair. Rowan softly moaned as she ran her fingers through her scalp, "what? does that feel good?" Paige rasped, Rowan quickly nodding.

Paige continued to play with the brunettes long silky hair. "I like waking up and seeing you right next to me, in my bed, in my clothes" Paige whispered, but not in a sexual way. "Me too, but I really got to start getting ready for practice" Rowan said, trying to get up once more. "It's too cold! Come back" Paige crossed her arms, as Rowan opened her bedroom door. "I'll see you later Paige" Rowan smiled at her pouty face. "Okay, have fun at practice, I pick you up after for your surprise. Be safe, I love you" Paige said, "love you too" Rowan laughed, walking out to the kitchen.

Nika was sipping on her coffee, watching Gilmore Girls from the couch, "ugh, you two sound like a old married couple, I love it, and I'm jealous" she sighed, holding her heart. "Bye bye Nika" Rowan laughed, playfully rolling her eyes.

Rowan walked to her dorm, Maggie wasn't there, so she quickly got dressed and headed down to the field. Rowan sat in the dugout after practice, chugging her water. She had a really good practice today, and anyone could tell, because her uniform was covered in dirt. That's when you know you worked hard, your uniform covered in dirt.

"Hey, it's not even sunny out, what's with the visor?" Paige laughed as she came out of nowhere, sitting down on the bench, next to Rowan. She handed the brunette a venti strawberry refresher, lemonade, no berries, Rowan's favorite. "Aw thank you! Why'd you get this for me" Rowan sipped on her refresher. "Just because" Paige blushed.

"How was practice?" "Good" "did you tell anyone about us? Maggie? Amelia?" "No, not yet, I couldn't find the right time, but I will soon, don't worry" Rowan smiled, interlocking their hands in reassurance. "So I completely forgot to tell you but, last night, you fell asleep when I tried to tell you, but, me and the basketball team have a fall tournament in Virginia, we leave in three days" Paige huffed. "And I was thinking, well only if you want to, you could come down for the last day?"

Rowan quickly smiled, nodding her head yes. She cupped Paige's cheeks with her hands. "Duh! You better win for me" Rowan laughed, at the blonde's nervousness. "You look so beautiful today" Paige whispered, staring at every inch of the brunettes face. "You say that every day" Rowan blushed, "Because I mean it everyday" Paige took her thumb, gently rubbing it across Rowan's bottom lip before carefully kissing it. "Alright, ready for your surprise?" Paige asked standing up and reaching a hand out to pull Rowan up aswell.

Rowan buckled up in the passenger seat with Paige driving, the brunette screamed the lyrics to her favorite fall song, all to well. "Jeez! Who broke your heart" Paige looked over at the girl, her eyes wide. "Haha nobody, I just love this song" Rowan laughed in between lyrics.

"Thank you!" Paige said to the worker, grabbing the bag of apple cider doughnuts she just bought. Paige had brought them to the cutest little spot, a small pumpkin patch with a little stand of cider and baked goods. "Babe this is perfect, thank you" Rowan said, intertwining their fingers.

"Ok so, after this we can head back to my dorm, and carve the pumpkins, bake cookies and watch a Halloween movie, if you want to?" Paige said shyly. "Oh i dont know asshole, I kinda already made plans" Rowan said jokingly, but Paige didn't get her teasing. "Oh then it's fine, forgot I said anything" the blonde said, nervously playing with her hair. "I'm kidding, of course I would love to" Rowan smiled, "I'm so glad your a homebody like me cause I don't really like going out and partying, I'd much rather stay home and bake, then snuggle up on the couch" Paige snorted.
