Anyways, I thought this out very carefully as best I could and figured it would be another way to level the playing field once again in a way that makes the most sense.
This is the direct last part of the Season 3 finale cause I kinda cooked majorly.

A lone drone that watched and recorded the entire conflict on Earth whilst being cloaked beeps twice in the atmosphere before flying back to Viltrum.
The unknown father and her daughter nod to one another in a space far beneath Viltrum. The daughter moves out.
The caped father steps forward around a corner. Two Viltrumites attempt to stop him, upon realizing Darkseid and Grail didn't leave the the room, but are choked to death telekinetically with no effort from said father.
Their dying gasps, kicking legs, and coughs stop as soon as the father leaves them to go upwards to the surface to kill Darkseid, leaving the other Viltrumites to die.
Conquest, after escaping a GDA prison and battling Sasha and Mark with his life intact, returned to Viltrum after suffering major losses on Earth. An injured Zod, and a wounded Ragnar drop to the floor as Anissa kneels before Thragg as well. Enko looks on with a grin. Ragnar is tended to by Viltrumite medics. As soon as Thragg appears Conquest is on his knee.
Conquest: My Leige, the worms... they killed our allies, crushed our invasion force, and arrested one of them. They-
Thragg holds his hand up to stop Conquest from talking.
Thragg: You failed. Of what further use could you be to me?
Conquest: We underestimated the children. We toyed with them for far too long. We gave them time to rally their troops and gain an advantage over us. I... I have served you well for many years. Please forgive my carelessness and spare me. I beg you...
Thragg looms over Conquest.
Thragg: We have learned of a team sent to Earth to retrieve Nolan's son by force and bring him into direct contact with us. Including the so called "Blue Beetle". I doubt you have time to prevent this, but go. Catch them on their return and ensure none of them are able to join the fight. Leave none alive. Do not fail me again.
The unknown father's voice is heard in the darkness.
???: Hilarious. You are about to fail your ruler again, regardless.
Thragg turns around, stunned by hearing a voice behind him in the shadows that is sure not Darkseid's or Grail's. A Viltrumite goes to check it out.

A pair of lasers shine in the darkness, they go right through the Viltrumite's chest. She lets out a cry of pain as she looks down at the gaping hole. Said Viltrumite is then dragged across the air by an invisible force as she is then grabbed by the neck. Revealing a face nobody expected to see except for Enko.
