Important: It is highly recommended for the writers to rectify the errors after receiving feedback. Especially the technical ones, if any. We've, over the time, analysed that the members refuse to acknowledge any critique and let the chapters remain the same. What exactly is the purpose of feedback in this case? After a while the comments are bound to become repetitive. Surely if someone points at a spelling error, or punctuation error, it takes much less time to go through it and possibly rectify. If not, the same comments will be repeated in the next round. To avoid this, we advise the members to acknowledge the critical feedback and do the needful.

•• Comment guide: 3+ inline comments, and one overall comment of 4+ lines. Total of four comments per chapter. Two chapters in one assignment. A quality overall comment includes both the strength and the weakness of any chapter. Be sure to balance your comments with helpful advice, feedback, and points for the writer to take note of. After all, book club operates with aim to help a writer rectify their shortcomings.
•• If any member wishes to go on a break, or is returning from a hiatus - kindly fill the form in 'Hiatus form' chapter of this book. Do notify about your return from the hiatus in that very chapter as well.
•• We have the provision for permanent pairing. If any pair wishes to be the pair for further assignments, or until their book is finished by the other - they can drop us a comment stating the same.
•• Commenter of the Group – in each round, one member is picked from each of the three teams and given a shoutout of appreciation for delivering the most helpful feedback. There is no reading involved, a shoutout only.
•• Members who complete the assignment after deadline won't be added to the next one round. They will continue from the following one. Leaving the confirmation comment is equally mandatory.
