CH 16

His meeting was almost ended when he saw kashvi calling. So he didn't thought for a second and picked her call. And said, " khaha busy hai rani sahiba.. itna busy ho gayi ki mera call ignore kiya jaa rha h?"

" Vo.. main.. vo.. sorry! " She stammered.

She slept late night or we can say early morning and her phone was silent as always, so she didn't realized his call. When she took her phone for checking time than only she saw 15+ missed calls from him so she called him back.

" are are koi na.. its okay! " He replied in a cold tone.

" vo subha rak neend hi nhi aayi. 3 baje tak main jag rahi thi.. uske baad sooyi or phone bhi silent tha.." She said like a little baby trying to convince someone.

" are Haa.. thik h.. maine kuch bola?.." He replied while laughing.

" acha sab chhodo.. kab aarhe ho? Or vo meeting ka kya hua..?" She asked.

He looked down and smiled a little, " I finally did it!" He replied with little relief.

" what!!! Mazak tho nhi kar rahe ho na.. are you serious!!!? Video call karo abhi!" She screamed out and start jumping and dancing on her bed.

They talked on video chat for 1 hour and than he said, " chlo bye!.. muhje soona hai.. raat bhar tension ki vajah se neend nhi aayi.."

She replied, " nhi.. phle ye batao kab aarahe ho...?"

" hm.. someone is missing me.. kal shaam tak aajunga.. directly apni jaan ke pass.." He said.

" I'm not missing you.." She smirks.

"Ha ha I know.." He replied.

" thik hai.. bye" She replied and cut the call..

After the call she went for a shower.

Here, he was talking to one of his intern when a girl came to him and said, " Dr. Khushvendra, aapko niche bula rahe hai.. Dr Rajat Verma is there.."

He replied, "OK, I'm going.." And went to downstairs. He saw someone standing there. And said, " hello Dr Verma. This is Dr Meena welcoming you in our hospital.."

The person turned hearing his voice. And replied, " Hello Dr Meena.." They saw each other. "Brooo!! Tu yaha, kaise??" Rajat asked to him in surprising manner.

They both were neighbor previously (when he was in high school) and now he don't even remember him but he didn't forget him. Rajat was under his department so he didn't reacted much and just welcomed him. And also gave a tour of hospital. He didn't cared much about Rajat, he always tried to keep some distance between his personal life and professional life. After some time, he went home.

"Ma'am please may I come in?" Asked gaurav while she was in her cabin doing her work. Hearing his voice she looked up. And said,
" yeah please come in gaurav."

He came inside her cabin and asked, "ma'am when is our upcoming cultural fest is scheduled? Do you have any idea? I mean hum uss according practice and preparation kare."

She replied, " yeah.. it's on the upcoming Monday, you guys have a week left only.."

He said, " ok ma'am.. thank you" and ge was about to leave when she called him and asked, " didn't anyone told you before about it?.."

He replied, " no ma'am.. that's why I asked you.."

She said, " ok you can leave now.."

Than she continued her work.

This day too went like other day. Both were busy. Where kashvi planned a small party for Adidev and his deal. She did research of near by cafes or some place for party. Than she finalized a cafe. And said to herself, " hm.. ab maza aayega.. place tho final h.. Adidev ko bata dungi or khushvendra, rutvika and Aviyansh jiju ko bhi bula hi lungi. After all they are my old friend too. But vo dono tho honeymoon par gye hai.. let me call...."

Than she called them and get to know that they both were coming back today only. And she convinced them to stay in Varanasi for this night only.

Khushvendra was home by this time and a hour later lakshita too came. She was tired so she didn't went for garba. Kashvi didn't forced her for it and went alone. The garba night was ended and there she met Khushvendra and have a small conversation with him.
