My thoughts about episode 4 staff stories

The final episode of staff stories is here... which is a shame that it has to end.

I love the episode focuses on Derek and his character more than Trevor who got enough focus during all stars (still love Trev tho)

Derek and Trevor didn't get along well at first since he (Derek) and Moose were smoking in the dorm room.

Don't do drugs kids

Which it makes sense since they are quite opposites of each other and were friends until they become a couple

Derek always have a dream of having a reality TV show for years and he is genuinely passionate about it. Especially how he wants to host it with his friend Moose.

Ngl Moose is me in life excepting for smoking obviously. They did amazing on handling his character especially with his anxiety. I have trouble on performing and public speech infront of people especially strangers so its nice to see a character who I can relate to more.

I understand how Derek acted in early DCAS. Like he has dreams about it for years only for him to be told that he wasn't good enough to be host and basically got replaced.

Which ow.

And Trevor changed the name from adventure camp to misadventure camp

Which what type of fucking name is that?? Wtf Trevs wtf??

Which ngl, as someone who do creative works, I get why he's upset. Honestly I wouldn't be happy or just mad if someone made changes to my original works WITHOUT asking for my inputs.

Their fight in the bathroom was funny.... including their accidental kiss

And even in college, he refuses to swear

And I love Moose and Derek's friendship. Moose encourages Derek to take back control for his show.

Moose ends up stepping out and have Derek step in and get involve with his own idea and project more.

Which I hope I can see Moose again as he is very enjoyable and wonder what happened to him after college. Maybe he can be part of the staff in s4

Trevor and Derek may not win but they end up getting along and changed the name to disventure camp which cuts to the present day after dcas.

The ending was.... pretty sus. Like come on guys, disventure camp is already 15+, don't make it 🔞

The staff stories ended up amazingly. I love how it gives some of the staff members depths and context on how they are in the present day. Now that staff stories ended, I wonder how tomjake spin off will go in execution.
