Draco and I finished the rest of our lessons for the day before heading towards Professor McGonagall's office. When we get there a grumpy looking Harry and Ron are already stood talking to the professor.

"Ah nice of you two to join us," she says as we come closer to her desk.

We stand there silently not knowing what to say. After some time of us stood there in silence (time spent by the professor obviously choosing what punishments to give).

"Mr Weasley, Mr Malfoy you can go polish trophies, come back to when it's finished."
"I'm not working with Wea..." Draco starts before I elbow him in the gut, it's not hard to guess he was going to call Ron "Weasleby ".
"Mr Potter, Miss Lupin-Black, you two can go do favours for Professor Lockheart," she tells us.

We all agree to put assignments and start making our way out of her office.

"What did you two get detention for?" Harry asks me after leaving Ron and Draco to head to Lockheart's office.
"Skiving, which is really annoying because we weren't, well we were but not on purpose, we didn't know classes had started and she caught us before we got there."
"That sucks, but hey, could be worse, you could have to serve detention alone, at least you've got me as company."

Unfortunately when we get to the DADA classroom Lockheart and his big ego decides that we are going to help him answer fan mail. I honestly don't think I could choose a worse detention. We sit there in silence, trying to chat every now and then but Lockheart gets irritated telling us to help him out. Even though we had each answered more than him.

Lockheart starts chatting to Harry hours later, I tune him out uninterested in what he's saying when I hear a weird noise coming from somewhere.

"Can you hear that?" I ask them both, Lockheart looks at me like I'm insane but the look on Harry's face tells me he hears it too.

"There's no noise," Lockheart says coldly obviously annoyed I cut off his conversation with THE FAMOUS HARRY POTTER, "oh look at the time, you two better be off if you want tea."

I don't think I could get out quicker. As I'm walking through the corridor I hear the noise again.

"I think it's saying something," Harry tells me.

I have yet to work what it's saying  but I definitely trust Harry's judgement.

"This needs investigating, let's go find the others," I turn to him and we begin legging it down the corridor.
