Don't hate me everyone has flaws, I have too

Avni's heart was pounding as tears streamed down her cheeks, her hands clutching her chest to ease the pain, when her gaze fell on the photo frame of herself, Tina, and Neil. It was as if someone had poured cold water over her. She rose swiftly, wiping away her tears.

Avni: No, no. There is no time to cry now, Avni. Neil has stormed out of here, and I need to stop him before he does something impulsive since he is unable to think clearly. She spoke to herself.

Wiping her face properly, she grasped her lengha and walked quickly out of the room. She noticed Neil walking at a fast speed and attempted to catch up with him.

But before she could, Neil was already downstairs. He strode to the elders, followed by a huffing and puffing Avni, but their heavy steps came to an abrupt halt in the middle when they noticed the music had stopped and a small crowd around something, or someone. Neil's eyes narrowed at first to get a better view, then widened when he realised it was Bebe, and people had formed a circle around her.

Neil: Bebe? Mom, what happened to Bebe? he said, helping Prakash get Bebe to stand while Neela got a chair for her to sit on.

Avni watched with concern, wondering what had happened while she and Neil were upstairs.

Bebe: Kuch nahi puttar. I felt a little nauseous, maybe due to tiredness. Don't worry, this Bebe of yours is growing old. "Today is your day," she stated. Neil was prepared to speak when Bebe began coughing, prompting him to soothe her back while she sipped some water.

Avni crossed her fingers hoping Neil would not speak.

Neil: Mom. I needed to, but Shewta interrupted him.

Shweta: Prakash ji, Pandit ji is here, she announced.

Bebe was going to stand up, but Prakash stopped her. They folded their hands as pandit ji approached them.

Pandit: Shaadi ka shubh murhat mil gaya hai. The Pandit ji spoke as he gave the date for the wedding

Dayawanti: Chalo, we finally got the wedding date finalised, she stated, to which everyone was pleased.

Neela: Thank you to everyone who witnessed Tina and Neil's engagement ceremony. We are grateful and would like to urge that you proceed to the garden area, where dinner and drinks will be provided. She said to all of the guests.

Avni looked at Neil, who had joined Tina and the Khanna family for a quick photograph behind Bebe as she remained seated.

Unlocking her phone, she texted Neil.

Neil I know you're angry at me, but please don't break your engagement or say anything to Tina; otherwise, things will get even more complicated.

She took a long breath and pressed the send button, praying that Neil understood her situation.

Hearing his phone buzz, he looked at the text message he received. His jaw clenched, and he locked his phone, causing Avni to sigh. Tina, who was beaming from ear to ear, threw a casual glance at Neil, who appeared irritated.

Prakash: Let's get dinner; otherwise, the guests would wonder where the hosts have gone, causing the elders to chuckle.

Dayawanti: You all start going, and I'll bring Harleen. She said.
