Part 33

Taehyung's POV

I was shocked to see my father back. After I became the mafia King he disappeared leaving just a note behind saying, "I want a peace, I'll come back when the right time comes."

He didn't even attended my marriage. He was not in contact with anyone and now suddenly he is back. I don't have a good feeling about this. My heart is also feeling so uneasy. Everyone around me is talking in riddles. Jungkook is back after months, my dad is back after years, Jackson is also saying that this party is important for me.

I am not a party person, I've never attended mafia parties before but I'm  here just because Jungkook wanted me to come. My heart hurts to see my mother ignoring me and my best friend giving me cold shoulder.

I was so confused when mom said me to be strong tonight. Is something bad going to happen? I just don't know.... It's just the weird feeling that's making me restless. I keeps on clutching my chain to feel some peace.

Dad started speaking about his return and it would be a lie if I say I wasn't shocked to know that he is back to the mafia world. Everyone cheered for me when dad said I proved to be the mafia king, but only I knows how much I hate to be here, this position gives me trust issues, because of this I was fooled by the person I called my bestfriend and kicked my wife. I might be the best mafia king infront of these people, but in y eyes I'm only a fool who couldn't even protect his own wife.

Suddenly dad told that he is back because of a reason. He said that person is trained by him and he is back because of her. I wants to know who that person is? When dad told her name, Lilith, I suddenly felt chills in my body.

A lady walked down the stairs but I was not able to see her face. She was wearing all black, her long hairs were open and it was a dead silence when she was coming down. I was curious to see her face but the spotlight was not letting me see her face. My heart was beating fast on her every step, my hands started shivering. I clutched our engagement rings locket tightly in my fist.

I heard lots of people gasping upon seeing her face, even my members gasped, making me more curious to see her face. 

She climbed down the last stair and I saw her face.

This face...

My eyes widened looking at her. She is none other that Yn, my Yn, My wife, my love....

I slowly whispered her name, she was directly looking into my eyes. I felt sweat beads forming on my forehead and tears gathering in my eyes. I felt the world stopped, it was just the two of us. I felt my knees getting weaker by her stares. There's something horrifying about her stare, so cold, so distant.

I wanted to move to her, hug her, but I couldn't even lift my hand. She was only looking at me but then averted her eyes behind me, looking at Jungkook, and gave him a small smile.

"She is the woman I wanted to introduce, Lilith, My most beloved person." Dad said and she stood with her. Everyone was silent only looking at her. Most of them were also looking at me and I know why. 

They know who she is because I told them to search for her and they have seen her picture as well.

I was just looking at her, tears gathering at the corner of my eyes. She looked at me once, for a few seconds but then looked back at the people. 

"Dad was telling everyone about her when Mr. Ivan, the Russian mafia said, "Isn't she the same person Mr. kim Taehyung has been looking for all these months?"

Many of other mafias also agreed, "Yes, she is the one.... If she was with you then why didn't you told about it to your son? He was looking for her like a crazy man... ready to give up his everything"
