"Kiara mujhe bohot kaam hai, you may leave" Rohan said, looking back at his laptop.
After a few seconds of staring at him, Kiara turned around and walked out of the study. The words of her bhaiya didn't settle with her and it kinda hurt somewhere in her heart.
Rohan on the other hand tried his best to not let out his emotions, he bit his lower lip to stop his emotions overflowing and as soon as she left his eyes started tearing up. He didn't realise when but the tears started to roll down his cheeks uncontrollably.
He was weeping silently, not able to control his emotions as he put his head down on the desk. It hurt him. Her each word pierced through his heart and it was very difficult for him to control his emotions. He never thought she would say something like that and those hurtful words made him feel weak, very weak.
And yet again the strongest Rohan Mehra fell weak with those words flying around him. The person who never showed his weak side, fell apart by those hurtful words.
A few minutes passed by and Rohan was still putting his head down on his desk. He was very tired to even move a bit so he continued to close his eyes for a while.
The words replaying in his mind made his heart heavy but he thought to settle it aside for a while. His head was throbbing with pain and all he wanted at the moment was sleep but couldn't admit the fact that he had to sleep. He was forcing himself to overwork this night. He was fighting himself to get up and get back to work but his eyes refused to cooperate.
His deep thoughts were interrupted when he felt a hug from behind, making him feel warm. The little hands trying to reach as she put her arms around him.
Rohan immediately turned around, facing his little sister with a small smile but before he could even say anything, she dragged him towards the couch and made him sit on there.
"Are you feeling better? Fever kam ho gayi? Weakness ho rahi hai?" Rohan asked worried, stopping her right there as he realised that she had fever so touched her forehead and neck to check the temperature. As the temperature was normal he sighed in relief and let her drag him to the couch.
"Mein theek hoon..." Ania replied, smiling wide while dragging him.
Rohan looked at her with amusement and confusion, trying to figure out what she was up to. He raised his eyebrows with a soft smile.
Ania bent down and took his shoe off and herself sat next to him as she pulled his head down to her thigh. Rohan without a word let her do what she was trying to do as curiosity hit him.
"Kya kar rahi hai?" Rohan asked with a small smile on his face.
"Shhhh....kuch mat bolo aap aur aapke aankhen band kar dijiye" she ordered in her cutest voice and Rohan could help but let out a soft chuckle as he followed her order and closed his eyes. His little princess never fails to bring a smile on his face whatsoever.
Her little hands reached out to massage his head while he felt peaceful as her hands walked through his soft, silky hair. He was truly loving solace feeling.
His eyes were fighting off the sleep while his mimd tried to relax through the moment. It felt like he had no stress and his eyes effortlessly relaxed. He didn't realise when he fell asleep.
Ania gently massaged his shoulder too which made him more relaxed in his sleep and she saw that he was asleep, she placed a gentle, soft kiss on his cheek.
Ania had woken up right when she missed the warmth of her bhaiya and upon not finding him, Ania went to the study but stopped when she heard her bhaiya and didi talking. She overheard them and to confront Kiara for what she said but she was sure her bhaiya wouldn't appreciate her eavesdropping so she decided not to.
