[A/N: hey so these next chapters are gonna lack y/n and rin. fear not however since I needed to start implementing the plot a little more and it is important for rings development with y/n]

"Great practice guys! And thanks for recording us Y/n"

Your hot guy fantasies were sadly cut short after their stellar practice. Skin was covered, and you were left to sigh as you handed Reo his phone back.

"No problem!", you smile cheerfully, "By the way, you guys sounded great! Maybe you guys can master that Nirvana song"

"That's the plan", he grinned, taking the phone from you, "We have to perform at least three songs at this festival thing, so we're still deciding on the last one"

You were curious about the other song they had chosen, which Bachira quickly picked up on.

"The other song is 'Do I Wanna Know?' We've been practicing that one for awhile", he winks back at you.

So they're playing the Nirvana song and Do I Wanna Know... Are they gonna play another Arctic Monkey song?

"Now Y/n", Kuni spoke up, fixing his shirt, "We know you said it's dangerous to play different genres since it doesn't really give us an image but–"

"We've been practicing the song 'Dare' for awhile and were hoping you'd approve", Shidou shouted out, the only one who hadn't put his shirt back on.

"Really!", you clap your hands excitedly, "I love that song! Why didn't you practice today though?"

Reo gives a shy smile, "Well we weren't too sure if we were ready to play it, so we decided to hold off on it. Next time you're here though, we'll definitely play it for you"

Everything was becoming more exciting the longer you managed this band. You'd done nothing too crazy yet though, just watching over their practices and giving feedback when you can. Secretly, you were hoping to do more, but what would a manager even do?

"Y/n? Come on, I'll take us home"

Kunigami was picking up your guys' bags, ushering you out of the garage. You said your goodbyes with a cheerful smile on your face, all the boys returning your gesture with their own way of saying goodbye. You saved your last wave for Rin, who only stared at you from afar. You suddenly felt awkward, his still body and no words of farewell making you self-conscious. You had hoped he'd wave back considering he waved at you when he first arrived.

Ah! Right! I have to stop being so stupid! He doesn't do greetings or goodbyes! He usually just walks off–

Your mouth slightly gaped, watching him raise his hand, making out the tiniest wave. You quietly squealed to yourself, waving back some more as Kunigami dragged you out of there.

"Kuni, did you see that? He waved–"
"Yeah yeah I saw it. Now let's go"

Your babbling continued that they could still hear you even as you were being dragged by the hand. You kept waving your hand, and the boys thought you were just being silly at that point.

"Jeez! Talk about–", Reo stopped when he turned over to Rin.

As far as you were, you were still waving, yelling out a small 'bye' every once in a while. And for some odd reason, Rin continuously waved back as well, keeping his hand right next to his face as he did so. His gaze was fixed on you until you were completely out of sight, his hand dropping to pack his stuff up.

"First you're actually holding conversations with her and now you're greeting her? Well aren't you two the bestest of friends", Shidou taunts the boy, a mischievous look in his eye.
