It was the day of Dex's funeral and Josslyn was feeling a little nauseous, but she chalked it up to grief. It was, after all, the day she would be grieving her boyfriend, Dex Heller, the latest victim of the GH murders.

Carly came up to Joss' bedroom—Joss had come home after Dex was murdered to find solace with her family.
"Josslyn, are you okay?" Carly asks through Joss' bedroom door.
"I'm okay," Joss says through tears as she looks at a photo of Dex on her phone.
Carly comes in and embraces her daughter.
"I'm sorry, Mom, but I thought I could do this?" Joss says in tears.
"Don't worry, Joss, there's no wrong way to grieve," Carly reminds her daughter, but suddenly Josslyn felt sick and ran to the bathroom.
Coming out a few minutes later, Carly asks, "Are you sure you're okay?"
"Yes, Mom, it's just trying to get through this day," Joss said.

At the cemetery, friends and family gather for Dex Heller's memorial as Joss gives a beautiful eulogy while everyone, including Joss, sheds tears.
But on the outskirts, someone is watching the mourners, as Joss suddenly faints after giving the eulogy, where Kristina runs to Joss' side, "Somebody call an ambulance!"
Anna takes out her cell and dials 9-1-1 to get EMTs dispatched to the scene.
About ten minutes later, EMTs arrive and attend to Joss, putting an oxygen cannula over her nose to help her breathe as they put her on a gurney and into the ambulance where they rush her to GH, with Carly right by her daughter's side.
At GH, everyone sits vigil in the GH corridor waiting for word on Josslyn as Lucas and Liz work on Josslyn.
Minutes later, Josslyn comes to just as Liz comes in with Josslyn's test results, "So, what's the damage, Nurse Webber?" Joss inquires.
"Nothing serious, except that you're pregnant!" Liz tells a shocked Joss, just as it looks like the stalker who was watching the mourners, followed Joss to GH to learn that Joss is pregnant with Dex's child.
"Now I have to get rid of the child!" the mysterious stalker says to himself as he peers in at Joss.
