Shruti side-eyed Jaydev who is busy using his mobile. They are on their way to the wedding of the commissioner's family member. Jaidev has been noticing such strange behavior from her for quite some time.
So, he finally decided to ask.
" What is your problem?"
She looked in front and shook her head immediately.
" Listen, tell me before I throw you out of the car."
She laughed as if he cracked some joke. She pointed at the car behind their car,
" The next minute my brother will run his car over you," she smirked.
He put his mobile in pocket, " you know what? You are irritating."
" And you were crying on this irritated woman's shoulder last night," she mumbled and rolled her eyes.
He clenched his jaw, " I was drunk you stupid professor. Can't you stop reminding me that? It's embarrassing- why the hell are you making faces?"
He yelled at her in the last sentence because while he was scolding her, she was repeating his words while making weird faces.
His loud voice grabbed the attention of the driver. Jaydev looked at him,
" Focus on your driving."
The driver hurriedly looked away from them. But sympathy arose in Shruti for him.
" Oh no, bhaiya. He's like this only. Don't be scared, hm?"
The driver chuckled.
" Will you please shut up?" Jaydev irked and looked at the driver,
" And why the hell are you laughing? Wanna lose your job?"
" N..no no sir," the driver stuttered.
" Then driver. Don't listen to this woman. She's crazy."
Shruti ignored him then poked his shoulder to grab his attention.
" What now?"
He raised his eyebrows frustratedly at her. She smiled widely, " you did not tell me how I am looking today?"
" As always. Witch."
She rolled her eyes, " can't even compliment. Rude officer."
" Okay okay. You are looking good."
He said.
" Only good?"
She beamed with happiness. He cleared his throat and looked outside the window.
" Beautiful," he said.
" Wo to Mai janti thi," she said with a proud tone.
