"Are you sure you don't mind me working longer hours?"
Molly tucked Delory into bed, clearly worried about her son and spending much time with him since taking over her Ex Husband's Position.
Delory smiled,"Mom, don't worry so much; You spend as much time with me as you on on weeks, and I'm never alone: I have my friends.", Molly smiled kissing her son's forehead,"Thank you, oh I'm so proud of you.", it made Molly happy that her son was happy, and Delory was happy his mom was happy.

"You can invite them over after school Friday."
Nicky was excited for a sleepover, inviting Aaron and Mya around; First sleepover of the year.

Into the night around. . . 3am.
Xeno flinched as a thud came from above, Nicky opened his eyes feeling groggy.
What was that?

Unable to lift his head from the pillow, shutting his eyes again; He'd still his dad in the morning about the roof.

Mya jumped for joy, excited for the sleepover as they told Maritza.
"Awesome; You guys have your sleepover, and Lucy's staying the night with us for our own sleepover.", Mya jumped with joy,"That's great, it's been a while since Lucy couldn't sleepover much in the past so she's probably off the wall.", Maritza nods, taking Maritza's hands and jumping with her,"Yeah!", the two girls were squealing with excitement, Delory walking into their little celebration,"Hey, Delory; How have you been?", Delory smiled, he seemed lighter and happier,"Honestly; Better, the whispers are still a thing but mom and I are happier, nothing much as changed since dad got arrested.", Aaron leaned against the locker,"The whispers will stop eventually, they'll find something new to discuss or gossip about, especially once they realise you and your dad weren't close; No offence.", Delory shrugged,"None taken.", Mya smiled,"Well, it's good to know you and your mom are happier.", Delory nods, they were happier.

"You sure?"
Trinity shook her head,"No. . . Maybe I'm just paranoid, it just feels like every Crow or Raven is watching me, or any moment Crowface will put his plan into action; Mean, I overheard dad telling mom Crowface broke into the hospital and stole medication so, either Crowface is sick or. . .", Ivan pushed up his glasses,"But, that could be a good thing; If Crowface is sick, maybe that will buy us time: Currently, but odd dreams are still happening about him chasing us around though, you have a right to worry.", Enzo nods, folding his arms,"Did you tell your mom and dad about the dreams?", Trinity shook her hand,"Most of them. . . Not the ones about Robert, because I don't know how to explain to them.", Enzo nods,"We can't even explain our odd dreams, and having dreams of Robert a man we've never met and cleared the name of; Not easy to explain.", they nod in agreement.
"But. . . Given Norman's dreams, they might understand."
"Yeah, but Norman doesn't like talking about it, I say; We live in Raven Brooks and nothing is ever normal with a logical explanation or non logical."

At lunch, Mya and Aaron continued to talk about the sleepover with Nicky.
"I say we play The New Mario Party, Smash Bros and Minecraft!"
Nicky nods, opening his lunch,"Definitely, uhm; Thoughts on movies or shows we can watch?", Aaron smiled,"While most ideas are on Netflix or other platforms, we did ask mom to buy us Sonic 3 on DVD, because we didn't know when it would come to streaming services, that and if it ever gets taken off streaming services.", Mya nods,"Now we rewatch it, cry as Maria comes on without being judged by people.", Aaron leaned forward,"To be fair, people were reciting The Eggman Announcement, I can't imagine Mom or Dad hearing it and having to explain it's from a real time dub.", Nicky nods,"They'd be so confused, I can't imagine explaining that to my dad.", it would be so awkward.

Otto took out the trash, sighed as he looked at the dog.
"I know Quentin and Beatrix are troublemakers, but I still bad for them and Ike."
The dog titled his head,"Maybe cause I knew them when they were kids, a soft spot I suppose or I'm too use to their shenanigans.", Otto shook his head,"I can't help but worry.", in response, the dog rubbed itself against Otto's leg, licking his hand.
Otto managed a smile.

Norman took the lead in the walk,"Despite the cold, it's good for you and wakes you up.", Ike nods, shuddering,"Yeah, I don't understand how you and Otto do it, but. . . You're not wrong, but how did you get me out of bed for this?", Norman shrugged,"Better than rotting in bed.", Meow.
They turned their heads, in their path was. . . Imbir.
Beatrix's cat that broke out of the vet and disappeared.
"Is that. . ."
"Beatrix's cat? Yep."
