SeoYeong's POV

I was in my private jet, sighing loudly while my head was aching, listening to my dad telling me about how Korea was like... Where we were going to arrive soon.

I had been living in California for 10 freaking years and now, out of the blue, I have to come back to my birth place, Korea.

It has always been like this with me.
Whenever I would get close or attached to something, it was always taken away from me. Let that be my parents, friends or even the food I love.

I sighed again. Ever since I lost my mother in that accident, I have never truly gotten close to anyone, or anything. So it isn't that painful to leave California, because it's not like I made some friends there. No, I was not a loner either; I did have friends.

You could say those were my 'so-called friends', because... Well, I am rich, so I have just plainly set this in my mind that you can pay for having friends, but for a friend's love, you can't, you have to pay a price for that. And that is not in cash, like you pay for any other stuff.

That's because I know that love is from the heart, not from the money you have, but when you start loving, you start caring, and when you start caring, there's evidently no way out except through a heartbreak, according to me.

So, my motto is to love my own self and protect my own self, from getting hurt by any sort of love. I have told myself that love isn't necessary... Or is it?

[A/N: Okay, so this is my first fanfiction ever. I never thought I'd end up writing this, but oh well...
This is basically a Boys Over Flowers fanfiction. Don't worry though, I won't change the plots in it. I'm just going to add my OC (SeoYeong) in it. Please forgive my writing style, I'm not so good at it. ;_;
