"Wait, by Prince Ahin you mean Ahin the heir to the Grand Duke?" Cale asked.

"Yes." Mikhail replied.

"Oh... I don't think we have to worry about anything with him around." Cale said.

They continued their journey peacefully and slowly while looking at the surrounding scenery. After some time, They arrive at a bridge where they are blocked by a group of bandits.

The number of bandits was indeed large, but unfortunately, they stepped on the wrong person's toes. They were no match for the two of them. Against a Swordsmaster and an Emanator? It's good that they're still alive.

"Speaking of Prince Ahin, how is their relationship?" Cale asked.

"You mean about Prince Ahin and Crown Prince Ashishi's relationship?" Mikhail asked back to make sure.

"Yes." Cale replied.

"You must be worried about them." Mikhail said.

"It was a very shocking incident, you know. Even I who was here was very surprised to hear it." Cale replied.

"Well, who would have thought that Prince Ahin, who always had his guard up no matter what, would be poisoned... that was such a shock." Mikhail said.

"Yes, plus, supporters of Prince Ahin becoming Crown Prince placed Crown Prince Ashishi as the prime suspect. I heard the accusations are unreasonable." Cale replied.

"Crown Prince Ashishi ordered his subordinates to poison Prince Ahin because he wanted to get rid of everything that could stand in his way, even if it was his twin brother. That's the accusation." Mikhail said.

"Okay, I understand why it's called an unreasonable accusation." Cale said.

"In the end, it was revealed that it was the work of one of Prince Ahin's impatient and frustrated supporters. Prince Ahin naturally cut ties with them. Who wants to be associated with people who have poisoned them?" Mikhail replied.

What they were talking about now was the poisoning incident of Prince Ahin, the heir to the Grand Duke family. This happened when Cale was 17, so this was an incident almost a year ago. For further understanding, knowing the roots would be highly recommended.

The Javaikal Empire was led by a Regent Empress named Cecilia Philomel Javaikal. Empress Cecilia married Grand Duke Rianlisus of S-Hertogenbosch to strengthen her position.

Normally, if a man marries a Regent Empress, he will drop his surname and become a Prince Consort. But because S-Hertogenbosch was a family that was the mainstay of the empire, Empress Cecilia could not let the family disappear just like that.

That is why, Rianlisus remains the Grand Duke of S-Hertogenbosch until now. Two years after their marriage, they were blessed with twin boys. The older brother resembles the empress with his silver hair and green eyes, while the younger brother resembles the Grand Duke with his silver hair and blue eyes.

The Javaikal Empire had a unique view on twins. They view twins as equals, there is no such thing as older or younger. So twins are interpreted as both being the oldest child. That's what makes Crown Prince Ashishi and Prince Ahin the firstborn sons.

Seeing this, they both unknowingly made a 'way out' of the problem that was giving them a headache. They loved each other as time went by, but they had no plans to have more than one child.

So their problem is related to the heir. If they have children, of course the child will be the heir to the throne first. But they have no plans to have a second child which leaves them confused about who will be the heir to the Grand Duke Family. Their way of thinking is weird, right?
