Y/N's P.O.V
I open my eyes and see Kate sit up in bed.
I sit up and move over to her to start kissing her neck.
She giggles.
Kate: I see you're awake.
Y/N: Yep. Why you getting out of bed?
Kate: I have to go to work.
Y/N: Yeah, but you'd rather stay in bed with me.
I continue to kiss her neck and she sighs.
Kate: Babe, stop. You know what this does to me.
I smile.
Y/N: Yeah, I know.
She pulls away.
Kate: Y/N, stop. We can't. Stop.
She stands up.
I groan.
Y/N: Booo.
She turns around.
Kate: I'm sorry, baby. I have to work.
Katie leans down and kisses me on the lips.
After pulling away, she grabs a towel and goes into the bathroom.
Just then my phone goes off and I see it's Tara.
Y/N: Hey, Tara. What's up?
Tara: Hi. I need some advice.
Y/N: Okay, what's going on?
Tara: Well, now that my dad knows about me being... you know, I'm just wondering how much I should tell him.
So, about two weeks ago Tara's father found out that she was Spider-Woman.
We saved him from Electro after he was kidnapped by him.
The Electro of this Earth. Not the one I met from a different Earth.
I sigh.
Y/N: Yeah, that's a tough one. I had the same problem with my dad.
Tara: I'm just worried that if I don't tell him enough, he'll freak out. But I'm also worried that if I'm too honest, he'll freak out even more.
Y/N: Tara, the best thing you can do is sit down and talk with him. Ask him how much he'd like to know and how much you're willing to share. That's all you can do, at least until he gets used to all this.
Tara: Okay. Thanks, Y/N. Just when I think I know everything about this superhero thing, I learn something new.
I chuckle.
Y/N: Just wait until you have to figure out health insurance. That's even harder.
She laughs.
Tara: Ah, something to look forward too. Well, I gotta get to school. Bye.
Y/N: Okay. Bye, kiddo.
I put my phone down.
Just then I hear Kate call out.
Kate: Y/N, the shower is nice and hot. You wanna join me?
Y/N: Yeah, definitely.
I quickly get out of bed and go into the bathroom to join my naked girlfriend in the shower.
(Three hours later)
I'm now out in the city as Spider-Man wearing the suit Kate had made for me.
